Evicted me for for reasons 100 % fabricated by the lazy new manager. Paid my rent but stopped using the facility because i didn't feel safe after being attacked verbally by him because i used the very limited and posted business hours to their maximum limits. Upon my next visit he told me my life's work,tools, docs and photos and stuff was gone and I had nothing on premises anymore. I found out from his coworkers this was a lie intended to get rid of me so he could profit, and was set on auctioning my stuff. BUYER BEWARE THIS PLACE IS ALL BAD NOW. They fired the woman that managed it and was the heart of that place for 25 years for and put in a incompetent power tripper.

Very clean, well-run facility, due in large part to the staff's efforts. Attendants are friendly and attentive. The facility is monitored, but each unit is also independently alarmed, for added security. There is a large assortment of of dollies and miscellaneous hand-trucks to move your stuff around efficiently. I just wish they would stay open longer hours during the week days so we can access our units. Most people are still at work at 5:30 pm, or in transit, same thing with the morning hours. Other than that, it's a great storage facility. No problem whatsoever.

I used attic storage for their mail box services. Was nice cordial and everything you would expect to be to the workers there. Steve was funny and provided excellent customer support. Allen however decided part way throthr to take boxes he deemed too big. He was dry and gave lots of attitude when asked about it and claimed that anything too big to fit in their 3"x4"x10" mailbox is too big and can be turned away. Well, there you have it folks, if you plan to get something shipped there. Is too big for the standards of Allen then he will refuse it.

What a great storage place ! After dealing with the nightmare that Bryant street Uhaul has become,this storage place is truly a breath of fresh air! No creeps breaking into the units,a professional,friendly, and helpful staff,a very-clean, orderly, well-run building,solid customers and clients that follow the rules,and all at a reasonable price! If you've ever rented a storage spot anywhere else,you will really appreciate this great storage business. You cannot go wrong renting at Attic self-storage!

Extremely, extremely clean facility. Security, while basic and minimal, would seem to be flawless. I previously rented @ U-HAUL for on Bryant 1 kilometer from here. I used to see units that had been forced open regularly. As of 3 years I've been at Attic Self Storage I honestly have to say I have not seen any problems at all here, period, not one. Staff are nice, price is not outrageous, hours are seriously lacking compared to U-HAUL, that is one area they fall short, big time.

Came to the site to get their address for a recommendation to a friend, and noticed there were no reviews. These people are wonderful! An unfortunate turn of events led to my having to put my belongings in storage. Faced with a tight deadline, Attic Self Storage made themselves available to me in a pinch. They have been very wonderful to work with. And they helped me find a new owner for beautiful dollhouse that might have otherwise ended up in the trash. Good People work here!

For what it is, it is a fine place to keep your stuff. Conveniently on or near Muni line 22, 33, 55 and 27 if you don't have an automobile. The small units are in great demand particularly if you are a homeless person to keep your essential things safe. Although, like all the other storage places they are not open evenings to access overnight camping gear if you have it.

I've rented units at 5-6 different locations in town and the people that run this place are by far the friendliest and most helpful yet. The hours of operation aren't the best but it's secure safe and affordable.

These guys are great. They've seen me through a family emergency that necessitated a storage unit, and made swapping to a bigger one easy when o started a major renovation project. Very grateful for Attic!

Steve at the front desk is very professional, helpful and friendly. They have a 50% off for the first 2 months deal when you rent any size storage. I would definitely recommend trying out this place.

Love this place they made my move in so smooth. James even backed my penske moving truck up to the loading dock for me because I was nervous about doing that having never driven a moving truck.

Just got a locker, and while pretty dated and not super secure, but if you are looking for simple local storage it's fine. The desk guys are nice and helpful.

Great place, good storage units, clean, secure, convenient parking, really cool stuff not sure if they are owners, but they run place like its their own.

Used them for a couple of months while I was out of the city. Everything was quick and easy, the unit was clean and my stuff was kept safe.

I have used Attic twice in the past 3 years, once for 12 months and other for 4 month. Steve has been exceptional to work.

Always friendly service whenever I go to pay my bill building is always clean that includes the bathroom too very clean.
