Siamo andati io e la mia morosa in data 11/12/2021. Location in una posizione invidiabile, prezzi alti in linea però con il posto. Siamo entrati e ci hanno fatto accomodare i due camerieri. Tavoli traballanti e fortemente instabili, cioccalata calda che sembrava latte e cacao, bicchieri dell'acqua sporchi. Nell'alzarci, provando a spostare IN MANIERA DELICATA il tavolino piccolo e pieno di cose, una lampada è caduta e si è staccato un piccolo pezzo della base. Il cameriere chiama il suo padrone il quale gli dice che il costo della lampada è di 160 euro e che avremmo dovuto pagarla. Arroganti vengono e ci intimano di pagare. Una lampada UGUALE a quelle dell'ikea dal costo di 30 euro. ci siamo rifiutati di pagare perché il danno non è dipeso da noi e soprattutto perché 160 euro erano un furto ai danni di due ragazzi giovani. Siamo stati costretti a pagare, oltre a 16 euro di cioccolata, 40 euro di lampada, poiché minacciati (un miracolo essendo partiti da 160 euro)Caro proprietario e cari i due camerieri (abbiamo scoperto che c'è un ricambio continuo di camerieri..chissà come mai), se credete che prendere per i fondelli i turisti (due ragazzi giovani che credevate fossero fessi), offrire servizi di basso livello come è il vostro e lucrare su "pezzi dell'arredamento" scadenti come i vostri sia un buon modo di attirare la gente vi sbagliate. Il giorno dopo, dopo il casino che abbiamo creato, casualmente tavoli diversi, stabili, e scomparse le lampade. Vergognatevi, siete la rovina di una delle città più belle del mondo. Imbarazzanti, pessimi e soprattutto approfittatori. Segnalo anche un vigilante che prende il caffè e usufruisce del bagno, il quale ha dato man forte al proprietario e ai due camerieri. 1 stella solo perché se ne metto 0 non me lo fa pubblicare. La voglia di denunciare questo fatto e agire con azioni legali c'era e c'è tutt'ora, abbiamo però evitato di rovinarci il weekend con persone di questa bassezza. Siete Vergognosi

Un lugar tétrico y carissimo, la camarera una china super insolente, le pedi un cafe americano y un hot chocolate y me dijo si te quieres sentar el americano te cuesta 6 euros y te lo llevas 3 y el hot chocolate 4 euros para llevar y 8 para sentarse, entonces le dije que lo llevaba todo y cuando me entrego el cafe me dio literalmente agua y cafe , le reclame y me dijo que el americano era así, yo le dije que suelo tomar americano desde hace 30 años y en muchos lugares del mundo y jamas me habían dado algo así, le pedi el favor de mejorarlo, ella me dijo ok lo hare, luego me cobro otros 3 euros más a pesar que el otro no lo había tocado, y le reclame, fue hostil y grosera, yo vivo en Roma ya hace 6 años, soy ciudadana Italiana , esto no tiene nada que ver si no fuera por lo que dijo que no pienso ni siquiera repetir. No lo recomiendo y lo lamento por que quizás el propietario no sabe de esta situación. Pero es para nada recomendable.

Ich passe mich allen anderen Rezensionen an! Das einzige was gut ist, ist der Platz und die Jacken der Kellner, mehr nicht! Ein Eiskaffe 17€ Eine Cola 10€ Najaa..mehr muss ich dazu nicht sagen! Das Mobiliar gleicht eher einer billigen Kantine. Wenn man Schnelligkeit, Höflichkeit und extrem gute Snacks bekommt, bezahle ich auch gerne diesen Preis. Das war es aber nicht. Und sowas weiß man nicht, wenn man nur in die Karte schaut, sowie andere es hier beschrieben haben. Der Service war maximal durchschnittlich, wenn überhaupt! Wir waren froh, dass wir mit einem Kinderwagen und Bollerwagen überhaupt irgendwo im Schatten sitzen durften! Es kommt hier sonst so ein "Aufpasser" und Scheucht alle Leute von den Treppen!

Story time: We were discriminated against by the rudest servers. We came from Toronto Canada for vacation and we were perfectly well dressed for the restaurant, already paid for their water, and said we wanted table service but we’re refused rudely and aggressively, clearly they took one look at had an issue with us other than our clothes… First, we bought water from them inside, and wanted to order tea and chips outside (table service). As we were about to sit, one of the servers stopped us and aggressively said we cannot sit here, they didn’t even ask if we wanted to have table to order anything. After we insisted that we already paid the water and would order more for a table, another server point on the menu saying “YOU CAN’T AFFORD 7€ WATER TO SIT HERE” We sat down at the stair like many others did then he called over the POLICE to tell us to leave…

Nous avions commandé deux glaces chacun, et au moment de payer la serveuse m'indique qu'elle n'accepte pas la carte en dessous de 10€, chose qui n'était marqué nul part. Les glaces commencent à fondre, mais elle ne m'indique aucune banque aux environs, ne me propose pas non plus de me resservir et passe au client suivant en attendant que je paye. Je fini par commander un chocolat chaud (au goût de type chocolat en poudre commercial) à 4€ pour avoir le compte et paye par carte faute de cash. Résultat : une poussée à la consommation, un chocolat chaud bouillant et basique pour un prix exorbitant, deux glaces complètement fondues qui se sont mélangées. Un seul point positif : les glaces même mélangées sont restés bonnes, elles doivent donc être excellentes en temps normal.

Cappuccino für 8 Euro schreckt erst einmal ab. Wenn man darüber nachdenkt wo man ist, relativiert sich das ganze. Saint Tropez an der Promenade sind es ähnliche Kosten. Monaco am Casino ebenfalls. Besondere Orte, besondere Preise. Hier bekomme ich aber, wie im Wiener Kaffeehaus, noch mein Wasser zum Heißgetränk. Es gab auch noch ein wenig regionales Gebäck zum Cappuccino. Sehr aufmerksam! Das ist woanders nicht so! Die Bedienung war freundlich, zuvorkommend aber ein wenig unorganisiert. Das geht ein wenig besser! Wir hatten noch einen Toast, der war angesichts der Örtlichkeit, in einem guten Preis Leistung / Verhältnis. Für mich war es kein Fehler, mich zu überwinden und dort Platz zu nehmen. War gut!

I first told her that I wanted to buy croissants, and asked her if there has toilet. She said loudly that you have to buy something before you can use the toilet, and then put me in front of the counter. Really substandard to be at the counter for at least a minute and then throw the receipt on the counter with a disgruntled look. Bad experience!!!!!

The girl with glasses should be fired. She's extremely rude and only became more rude when she learned we weren't Italian. The ice cream my mother ate was below average and, after being pressured by the rude waitress to get something or leave, even though apparently it isn't allowed to sample flavors, I immediately threw away the garbage I was forced to buy. If she doesn't want to be hospitable, she shouldn't work in tourism. Completely ruined my day in Venice, I will not be returning and I will be advising everyone I know to avoid this dumpster fire like the PLAGUE.

Un Caffè terribile, serviti da camerieri pessimi e incapaci: non sanno parlare italiano e continuavano a far cadere bicchieri per terra; non parliamo poi del fatto che bisognasse fare attenzione ai piccioni che salendo sul tavolo rubavano le patatine dal piatto: al quanto disgustoso. Se invece, parliamo del cibo troviamo dei prodotti di qualità scadente, un sorbetto che sembrava succo al limone mischiato con ghiaccio: imbevibile ! Per non parlare deĺ'abbinata succo-patatine. Il listino dei prezzi è terrificante soprattutto se rapportato alla qualità dei prodotti.

Die Gerichte sind eher Snacks als vollwertige Gerichte, und die Bilder in der Karte stimmen zumindest bei den Pizzen nicht mit dem überein was man bekommt. Die "Pizza" ist keine richtige Pizza, sondern eher eine große Weißbrot Scheibe mit Pizzabelag ~8€. Abzocke!!! Personal ist eher neutral, weder besonders freundlich noch unfreundlich.

Gusti e qualità dei gelati in linea con le comuni gelaterie cosiddette artigianali. Prezzi anche "onesti" se paragonati alla concorrenza del posto. Molto scarso, se non inesistente, un minimo di cortesia da parte del personale. Basterebbe poco per dare un'impressione positiva e lasciare un buon ricordo considerato anche dove ci troviamo. Ai titolari e ai responsabili evidentemente non interessa questo aspetto. Peccato. A me, e a quanto pare anche a molti altri che scrivono, invece sì.

Definitely too expensive, 4€ for two scoops of gelato… and it wasn’t even that good! After we payed we asked to sit down and they said we couldn’t because we would have had to pay more for it… no words. Decisamente troppo costoso, 4€ per due palline di gelato… e non era neanche così buono! Dopo che abbiamo pagato abbiamo chiesto se potevamo sederci e ci hanno detto che avremmo dovuto pagare di più per poterlo fare… non ho parole.

The place was ok considering is in the main square. The service was not the best but not the worst either as the staff were friendly. The menu is pretty pricy but that's expected. The one thing that I didn't enjoy was the fact the I was mentioned multiple times and rather aggressively that service is not included in the final price which is pretty much a way to pressure you to tip

Markusplatz-typisch teuer, keine Frage, aber in den anderen Lokalen auf dem Markusplatz wird man nicht günstiger wegkommen. Wir haben draußen gesessen, gegenüber spielte eine Band Musik, wir konnten uns unsere Getränke schmecken lassen. Es gab aufs Haus noch Chips und Erdnüsse dabei. Personal war sehr freundlich. Wenn das Wetter passt werden wir mit Sicherheit wieder kommen und einen schönen, entspannten Abend auf dem Markusplatz genießen.

This is the worst customer service ever! We wanted to order one pizza, they didn’t allow us because we were two people and minimum two dishes were required. Then, because my boyfriend wasn’t hungry, we decided to left and they stated that we need to pay 2 EUR Anyways because my boyfriend used toilet before we even knew this stupid rule. The waiter was aggressive and started shouting at us and even pushed my boyfriend! Do not go there!

I wish I could give this place one star. The worst customer service, get yelled at and shoved around when trying to pay our bill after being ignored for about 10 minutes. Upon exiting I saw a waiter drop a croissant on the floor, wipe it on his jacket then serve it to a customer. So yes definitely visit if you like eating off the floor!

최악이에요. 카페 콰드리, 플로리안을 갈 수 없지만 광장에서 꼭 음료를 마셔야 할 때만 가세요. 음식의 질과 청결, 서비스의 품격 중 어떤 것도 기대하면 안돼요. 주문한 핫초코는 평균적인 맛이고, 티라미수는 레스토랑에서 판매하는 후식보다 맛이 없어요. 은색 쟁반은 잘 닦지 않아서 물 때 자국이 보이고요. 메뉴판을 잘 보여주지 않아요. 메뉴판을 요구하면 아주 잠깐 보여주고 가져가면서 본인들이 판매하고 싶은 음료 다섯 가지 정도만 읊어요. 그리고 가장 최악 중의 최악은 노골적으로 팁을 요구해요. 거스름돈을 안 주고 팁 달라고 하면서 팁 액수를 흥정해요. 비싼 금액으로 베네치안이 누렸던 호사를 누리려고 (정확히 말하면 카페 플로리안이 휴무여서 카페 콰드리가 굉장히 붐벼서 차선책으로 간 것이지만) 간 것인데요. 베네치아에서 쓴 돈 중에서 가장 아까워요.

Small bites with a great view of the piazza. The waiters were attentive. The food was good but nothing special. The gelato was good. I got the Crema dei Dogi (the Venetian special). It was especially tasty. A little pricey but expected for the location. Drinks were especially expensive. Lots of shaded outdoor seating.

Die Location ist cool, aber das liegt am Ort und nicht am kaffee. Die Preise sind abartig und dazu ist der Espresso (6,50€) nichtmal gut. Toiletten sind dreckig und es gibt nur eine für die Herren und eine für die Frauen. Personal unendlich unhöflich.

Stavamo in fila x ordinare il caffè e,guardavo con gli occhi dove poteva essere il bagno. Nn capendo dove fosse fermo il cameriere e gli chiedo. Lui mi risponde nella sua lingua. Io gli dico che sono italiana e che nn ho capito. Mi dice: prima si consuma e poi si va in bagno. Gli dico che stavo facendo già la fila x il caffè. Poi prezzi altissimi. 1 caffè e un the verde 5€. Mai più lì.

zu empfehlen: Das Sandwich Caprese! Wirklich lecker! Ansonsten, vor allem die Getränke, leider völlig überteuert. Ein Cappucino/eine Cola (0,3) 10€. Ambiente eher günstiges Café, momentan leider zusätzlich mit Baustelle nebenan.

We were four people visited this place two days ago. Beside the pricy menu, we asked for two "red orange juices". The waiters said you have to order four since you are four people! Then, they brought regular orange juices! At the end when I asked for the check, they bring another four orange juices!!!! I was very frustrated and really disappointed with the service.

And the oscar for the rudest, most expensive tourist-trap, non-italian restaurant goes to.. A simple cappuccino (usual price is like 3.50€) costed 11€. And they don’t even let you sit down with a cup of ice cream even though we wanted to order coffee. Ultra slow, rude, don’t speak good english, become even ruder if you don’t want to order anything other than water.

The best thing about this place is the location. You are at the central and main square of Venice. Other than that it’s just a mediocre coffee place with a possibility to eat overpriced two bite meals. No live music here. Might be at some other times but doubt it.

Good. The coffee was good. The pizza was yes cheap. But it was really tiny. Enjoyed my time, it’s located in a nice spot. The staff were friendly as well. Prices of some items are exaggerated, but so are most of the restaurants around it, Venice is more expensive than other cities. Unless, you go in an alley somewhere, you'll get things at a reasonable price.

Hemos desayunado allí y todo muy malo además de carisimo. Tengan cuidado a la hora de pedir, muchas cosas no tienen precio Como las bebidas (cafes, aguas, etc) y luego que pides la cuenta es desorbitante lo que te puede salir el desayuno. Cafes a 9€ y muy malos . Ah y el camarero te ubica donde a él le da la gana, estando vacía la terraza. NO RECOMENDABLE.

Die Preise sind übertrieben hoch! Zwei Straßen weiter gibts besseren Kaffee, Eis, besseren Service für faire Preise. Das Personal ist extrem unhöflich!!! Das Ambiente ist es nicht wert. Lieber in die kleineren Gassen gehen, dort ist es auch gemütlicher, denn dort klauen auch die Möwen nichts vom Tisch

Non ci siamo fermati al Florian perché temevamo erroneamente prezzi alti. Scopriamo che qui i prezzi sono alle stelle, i camerieri non all’altezza del luogo e il locale mal tenuto a livello di pulizia: 5 euro un caffè e 9 euro uno spritz senza stuzzichini; i camerieri non parlano bene l’italiano; all’interno vassoi da lavare accatastati ovunque.

We ordered coffee and some sweets. It was just regular but in prices that was relevant to the place-high. The worst thing was toilet. Everyone of us had impression that it was cleaned long time ago - not on a regular basis. This is Saint Mark Place - it obliges not only to have prices in this place but also to have best service and cleanliness.

La tovaglia macchiata del tavolo vicino al nostro , non è stata cambiata ma semplicemente girata. Qualità del cibo veramente scarsa, in relazione al prezzo pagato. I piccioni sono ovunque e i camerieri non fanno nulla..

O famoso engana turista! Fugir!!! Preço exorbitante, péssimo atendimento. As bebidas são menores que o habitualmente servido na região e o preço a duplicar. Cobram 13€ por uma Peroni de 33cl quando o preço normal é de 5€ a 7€.

One of, if not THE, biggest tourist trap in Europe. I do not kid. The prices are completely absurd. Only to have your food stolen by the countless aggressive seagulls. The only good thing is, obviously, the location.

The “Arrotolati” are a total theft, as they are mostly empty, not as you see them on display. Personal is not friendly and take money from you in an almost violent way. Take away package is an open napkin. It’s a pity I didn’t get to see the reviews before buying, but I do confirm them. Anywhere else is better.

Camerieri troppo maleducati! Avevo preso una soda e un croissant per il bambino da portare via. Dopo abbiamo ripensato e abbiamo voluto prendere un caffè al tavolo. Non hanno accettato la soda e il croissant perché non erano ordinati al cameriere. Poi....6 euro per un caffè io non gli pago a questi maleducati!

Wir waren heute morgen die ersten Gäste und das Personal war hinreißend freundlich. Der Wrap war sehr lecker, unsere Espressi perfekt. Die Kellner hatten sich wohl Sorgen gemacht, dass unsere Kinder zu kurz kommen und haben uns noch gratis ein Schälchen Chips hin gestellt. Für Markusplatz angemessene Preise.

A éviter absolument, la quantité de glace et surtout la qualité sont déplorables. Les glaces ont le goût de sucre sont plus cher qu'ailleurs.... Il y a un montant minimum pour la carte de crédit... N'y allez pas je vous en supplie ! Vous allez donner votre argent à des gens qui arnaquent tout le monde...

Najlepszy klimat robi fakt, że to na placu św Marka. Zamówiony aperol sprirz mniejszy niż zwykle. Kieliszki postawiają wiele do życzenia. Przekąski czpisy i orzeszki. Lokalizacja ratuje i piękne widoki. Raczej nie wrócę.

Preise sind für Markusplatz in Ordnung. Es ist eben einer der teuersten Orte der Welt. Zu den Preisen gibts halt noch Livemusik. Unser Tisch, siehe Foto, hat 57€ gekostet. Tiramisu hat definitiv 5 Sterne verdient. 1 Punkt Abzug wegen dem Personal, sind ziemlich demotiviert am arbeiten.

Die Preise sind gerechtfertigt. Das Personal ist freundlich, gut gelaunt und schnell. Ich hatte sehr sehr leckeres Bruschetta! Wenn einem die Preise zu teuer sind kann man, nach dem Blick in die Karte, auch einfach wieder gehen (statt hier eine schlechte Rezension zu hinterlassen).

Bruschetta pizza OK. We ordered an iced coffee and got a coffee with a scoop of ice cream and whipped cream?? When we paid for the bill we then found out an iced coffee is 16 euros!

Portions much smaller than on the picture. Very misleading. When asking for a knife and fork they declined because it is not allowed on the terrace!!! So I had to swallow my food with my fingers... Also there is only 2 toilets for everyone, so it's disgusting.. 'ever again!

Nice place to people watch and enjoy the vibes at st marks square. their menu are reasonably priced. They have coffee from 5 euros vs 11 euros next door. paired my coffee with their homemade Tiramisu ( 9 euros ) all was great and their servers were nice and attentive.

The servants are unpolite and wouldnt give me an aperol even though i am 18. they also let a glass fall onto my friends lap and didnt even exuse themselfves for doing so. At last everything is overpriced we paid 11€ for one aperol and it is full of ice. DONT GO HERE

Echt jetzt? 1 Cappuccino 8 Euro, 1 Glas 0,2l Saft 7 Euro, ein Espresso 5 Euro. Das Geschäft läuft, ist halt eines der Cafés am Markusplatz. Ist sein Geld nicht wert. Bei diesen Preisen erwarte ich Service auf höchstem Niveau und keinen verbrannten Espresso.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Abusive staff, told us that we could only feed the baby with us if we ordered food first. When drinks arrived we tried picking them from the tray and the servers slapped our hands!

Tourist spot. High prices to be expected. "Cheap" pizza at €5 but here shown with a grown mans hand. It is small. Nice Aperol Spritz but also small and pricey. Fine club sandwich but at €13 it should have been better.

Nous n'avons pas pris de glace. Mais des bruchettas dont vous me direz des nouvelles, et nous nous sommes rincé avec deux cocktails pour le prix de un en face en profitant de la musique au café d'à côté. Heureux.
