SCAM! Absolute tourist trap. The prices shown in the menu are different than from the final bill. There is a price list outside, but when you eat inside you're given a menu without any prices and apparently they want you to pay triple. We paid €5 per coffee (doesn't matter which one). €5 per pastry. The service was slow (20+ minutes to receive coffee) and unfriendly. Pastries were unfresh, dry and hard. Avoid this place!

Dear cooking is not your job. Dirty food. change your life, your city, your job unless your goal is to make the Serenissima hated. It doesn't matter where you come from Madam, but at least adhere to the mentality of the country that welcomes you, and to its spirit. Venice is not just a cash machine! the Italian government should regulate foreign takeover for profit only. you have to love what you do. And dont ask people to pay in cash after..! farewell

Stop going to coffee shops that are Americanized and come to this café. The staff do speak English, but that shouldn’t be the reason for you to visit a cafe, you’re in Italy people speak Italian first and foremost. I really liked this cafe, due to the staff being extremely friendly and the atmosphere was cozy as well as the location was at a calm alleyway. I would highly recommend everyone to visit here early in the morning for espresso and a pastry to start their day in Venice

We ordered couple of pastries that were really hard and the filling was too sweet so it didn't taste good. The final bill was 22eu and the service we received was not pleasant at all. It's best to look at the cafe from the outside, no need to fall for this tourist trap.

As soon as we entered the staff was unfriendly, then, they gave me a Spritz with the glass half full and when I asked if I could have a bit more they just told me that if I had a problem I could speak to the barman. The spritz didn’t even have Prosecco and it tasted like water and spritz. Awful people, awful drinks, awful place

Didnt know they were rude, they were not very friendly but they treated me fine for a blur tourist. I was there for 3 days and I visited them almost every day for hot chocolate (was cold) but on the last day I ordered their squid ink spaghetti, one of the best I've eaten!! Pricy? Everything is pricy for me in Venice.

Bizarre service. I had an espresso and a canolli at the standing bar, and the guy refused to give me the WiFi password. Claims I needed to be seated and have table service (a meal) to use their WiFi. Well bud, keep your WiFi and good luck with the ratings from tourists! Shame, because the espresso wasn’t bad!

Dopo aver ordinato, pagato e chiesto di utilizzare il bagno. Alla nostra uscita la proprietaria è uscita dal locale per insultarci e urlarci addosso perché riteneva che avessimo ordinato poche cose, nonostante non ci abbiano dato neanche il tempo di ordinare. Oltretutto non ci ha fatto pagare con il bancomat.

I don’t recommend to eat here. Unfortunately we didn’t look at the ratings before entering this Café. It sells only convenience foods, which is warmed up in a microwave. Pasta with Seafood had no seafood at all, pizza was rock hard and had no taste. To pay nearly 40€ for this is too much.

Expensive! Menus don't show the price. If only I didn't need a seat while carrying a sleeping child I would have left.

Stopped in for breakfast and freshly squeezed orange juice. Delicious! The cannolis are amazing!
