Firstly this centre isn't bad overall but I am writing this review because of Kevin one of the staff member here, Wish I could give negative rating here for him. Worst customer service experienced at this centre when I went to submit passport application and served by: Kevin!!! . An absolute disgrace for Australia Post as an organization to have such employees who are rude, arrogant, loud and I felt insulted with his attitude & behaviour. Firstly, he wasn't willing to serve me around 4:35 pm while I reached the counter after waiting in the queue from sometime. Apparently, he wasn't willing to accept passport application (just one) on a friday afternoon ater 3pm which hardly takes 15 min to process. Secondly, he is not up to date from Australia's Passport office and gave wrong information. He had no idea about Form B6 which i checked earlier from the officer at Passport office. Anyways, he called the passport office to get correct information. Even the officer at Passport office gave me the policy number POL 005013 to inform the Post office guy (Kevin) but he wanted to escape the duty and leave the workplace without caring much about customer time and money wasted to just get one application processed at this centre. I urge the senior authorities at Australia Post to consider training the customer facing staff some lessons on customer service and kind behaviour. Operating hours are 9 to 5 on a usual work day, you aren't supposed to leave the customer counter while the customer is standing at the counter and caused me stress! What a disgrace to the organization!!!

Legitimately the worst post office in the whole country run by the most incompetent crew of individuals who could have ever been picked to do such a simple job. Auspost in general is a pain to work with but this dingy place takes the cake by far. Not even just not bothering to ring a doorbell, but not even bothering to leave a card or sending a card out 10 days past the expiry date of “when to collect by”. I get that this the suburb has significantly more people now but your funding would’ve likewise increased to deal with it, but this place has remained as incompetent as ever. You haven’t truly dealt with the lows of Auspost until you’ve dealt with this post office. It’s more reliable and stress free to drive yourself to Melbourne to pick up an order than rely on these lot

Un professional. Without even confirming they left the note that I missed the delivery of 3 big carton shipped from Saudi Arabia. Since long I have been waiting for it. My mistake I went in rush to collect. One of the staff misguided that I shall come back 4pm and when I came back and waited for long cue, other staff said that the parcels were not supposed to be collected from this office. After that much effort still not yet received my parcel. When I complained; the staff member was not even embarrassed or sorry, and replied, "You also didn't notice"

Delivery person who is supposed to deliver your parcel will visit your location but they are so lazy to come out from the van. They will come near your location but never drop your parcel to you. They don’t bother ringing a bell. I have seen that delivery van coming and just staying for some time over there, but the driver never came put to deliver the parcel. He went away and I got email after 5 minutes saying please collect from the nearest post. Lazy people making us suffer.

When its our turn to get parcel, One of the staff (lady)said to come through another door to get parcel. When we go there she was pushing our parcel with the leg. There was some materials made with glass and she was kicking and pushing with the leg. If she cant do she can call for help and the parcel was also not so big. She push the parcel with leg outside the door and close the door. She was so rude. I don’t like services they do. Hope they can improve some.

It's a small shop which can be easily lined up at peak hours. The staff there were fine to me, I never had issue with them, but by the facial expressions, you can tell some of them clearly have attitude. The problem is the actual mail men, they do deliver the mails but never the parcels. So, prepare to go to the shop to collect your parcels, don't even bother to listen to the door bell for the whole day, it's just never gonna happen. Below average rating 100%.

The worst costumer service I have ever experienced. The Asian woman working their has no sense of how to deal with costumers professionally and how to help them. When asked for helping me to track my delayed delivery she just shrugs and says she works in retail and wouldn't even direct me to the right department or whatever they call it. Australia post should seriously work on their costumer service or they gonna have a lot of troubles with unhappy costumers.

Went to the Post office today and got told , the Post office is close for lunch between 1-2, I got there at 1pm. Th website does not mention any of this. Never heard of a post office being close for staff being on a break. The guy at the door showed me note which does not say Lunch is between 1-2 and we are close. The busiest time of the day Just say service 9-1, 2-5. Very disappointed, had to leave work and go there to be told we are closed. This is a joke.

“Attempted to deliver at 9:06am” - mate I was home and I did not hear a knock or a voice. There’s no point of having delivery drivers if they just going to deliver the packages at the post office. And when I do come to pick it up, it’s always full of customers with little staff. Wasting 15-40 minutes just to receive my parcel when I could of got it earlier (in one minute) if they delivery driver done the job properly. Pathetic.

Shameful Service. Absolutely don't have any etiquets or looks like on punishment from AUSPOST. Half of the time they fight with one another as no one wants to work. Can easily WIN worst business of the Year Award! Shows Auspost has not quality checks or listen to customer voice. How can a business survive with 2.0 feedbacks full of insults.

All of my parcel always goes to Silverwater post office for pick up and I live in Auburn even I was in my house all day There was no knocking/door bell ringing from the delivery person. It’s really inconvenient and there should be some explanation for not dropping at the provided delivery address. Poor service and really disappointed ☹️

They dont even deliver the parcel to the house, everytime i have to collect from the post office. I am just paying th edelivery fee for nothing. I waited for the parcel whole day and not a single bell rang, aftet few hours i check my status it says its on post office and no one responded the bell.

90% of the time there is more than 20 upwards of 40 people in the line with only 2 staff serving. It’s been like this for many years and only getting worse. With the influx of apartments in the area common sense would suggest to have staff at every counter to cope with demand.

Worst Service, I would have given negative star if possible. They didn't bother trying to deliver to my place and sent to post office, they give us option to fill up the form to authorise someone else to collect the parcel and later they say they can't do it.

They never even tried to deliver my parcels. Every single time I am on-site waiting for my parcels but all I get is a “unable to leave in safe place” go collect it yourself msg. Not even a card for attempting!!? This is unprofessional. Lazy. Unacceptable.
