Attitude from most staff. I have been having multiple delivery issues & items are just being sent to the post office instead of being left at my apartment building with no attempt to buzz my unit number and no card left to pick up the item. I then receive a reminder card saying I need to pay $3.70 when I pick up the parcel (never had this in my life?!!). They were asked to redeliver as I’ve had major surgery recently & have a 2 week old baby so am not allowed to drive & my husband works during business hours. They then sent the package back to the sender, its for a Diploma course I recently enrolled in so now they are affecting my education!!! Absolutely rude, rubbish staff. I’ve lived at 7 different addresses in Sydney & have never experienced anything like this. Please do your effing job!! I will be taking legal action.

The worst customer service from majority of people working there. there is only one lovely lady who is willing to do her work but unfortunately she wasn’t there today. I asked them to take a photo for my passport after waiting forever in the line and they lied saying the camera was broken, Yesterday when they were closing the camera was working as a photo of my son was taken. But one of the ladies yesterday yell out telling us to go to a photo shop, so it just showed me today their lack of willingness of doing their job.

Holding up my parcel from eBay for no reason yet sending out a text message for collection to me, which I did go out of my way to collect it but only find out the parcel is actually not there for collection then probably realising they stuffed it up, the parcel finally on its way to me next morning. And that non-apology apology from the lady behind the counter just made the experience even worse. So it’s a well deserved one star for you.

This is literally the worst post office ever. Rude, very entitled staff, always a chore to go and collect anything from there. Always a coin toss if they actually have it or not. Have lost many items, and all they can do is shrug and say tough luck, why weren't you home. Really wish we had some choice / competition when it comes to post offices, as this place is just really poor with no incentive or motivation to be any better.

If I could rate a 0 I would. I went in to update my passport and got told I had the wrong application form filled out. When I asked if I could get shown what the right application form was, the Asian lady that works there told me she doesn’t know which form is the correct one, completely ignored my presence and walked off. Her attitude and the way she was talking was utterly disgusting.

Staff did not want to take my baby's passport photo, despite it being listed on the website as a service. In the end they forced me to go elsewhere. It seemed they simply did not want to do their job and have as easy a day as possible. One was on their mobile phone. Another customer behind us in the queue empathised and told us they are always awkward and difficult there.

Just moved to area, mail was getting redirected here. The first time I visited this post office I was made to feel very welcomed. Best service, staff is very friendly and helpful! I was even given a personal phone call by the lady who works there she remembered me from my first visit. There isn’t enough stars to review this place would recommend to anyone in this area :)

Extremely rude lady at the counter. I used a small satchel (up to 5kg) and it's usually $9.30. She charged me $12.45 for it, even though i said I took a small satchel and it even says small on the bag. She replied "don't know, i scanned it and it's $12.45." she won't even check the parcel and just stared at me and waited for me to pay. Horrible customer service.

Please dont go to this post office to send your parcel away, they will charge you two arms and to legs by the time you out of the post office you won't have any cash left in your wallet. The staffs are super rude and super greedy who will charge extra for everthing and you have to pay for being spat in the face. If you're smart don't go to this post office.

Service is appalling, line out the door and the staff are more interested in scanning piles of parcels, than serving the customers, who are patiently waiting. Not to mention how rude some of the staff are when you finally get served. I wish I didn't have a PO Box there.

Terrible customer service, very rude stuff, extremely long queue. All of these make concord post office very unique. Even worst is that this is the only local post office that I have to go...Ehmm... so sad. I wish the owner could do some training to improve the service.

Why don’t they hire more staff! Every time I’ve been here I’ve had to wait 30Mins or more to collect a parcel. The staff aren’t the most pleasant and often I feel like their yelling but that could be due to their masks. Maybe 3-4 customer service staff would help?

I have been using the Concord Post Office in Majors Bay Road for 13 years and I have always found that the staff, although busy at times, friendly and helpful. They constantly upgrade the store layout which makes our wait, if there is a quay, more intersting.

One of the most inefficient post offices, just one staff on counter during peak hours and doing passport application causing a long queue while other staff enjoying time in back office, these people need to monitor the customers and be more agile and flexible

Hours of operation are complete joke, and auspost delivery is a joke to. Why did I pay to have something shipped to my home if I have to go pick it up, from a store that only opens until 5pm? Some of us work longer hours than that! I paid for delivery!

Excellent customer service with a smile from the friendly staff. They treat you with respect and explain instructions carefully. This is very rare in other post shops and definitely a positive, given the poor reputation of Australia Post as a whole.

The queue is always very long . Takes up more than 10 mins to be served. Some seniors have to stand in the queue with a walking stick . Unbelievable ! Also no matter what parcels you get , you never have a chance to get a redelivery .

The worst post office ever been to. Terrible customer servic. No help at all. Queue always long. Waited 20 minutes in queue to lodge a form finally my turn, only to be told, it’s to late we’ Closing.

This is what all modern businesses should be like. Helpful staff, friendly, efficient, know their stuff. Make going to the post office a pleasure. Cannot speak highly enough of this branch.

So far it’s taken four working days plus Saturday and Sunday for a regular letter to travel from Lithgow to Sydney,a drive of no more than 2.5 hours. Not good enough

If there was a negative 5000 I would give you that. But then again let’s be honest. ALL aust post offices are so slow. They need to learn what efficiency is!

Slowest post office in sydney, also have delivery drivers who can’t ring doorbells. Be prepare for an hour wait…
