I have to question some of the reviews here - there is liitle parking and the service is poor. Not helped by the lazy contractors who don't even come to the door just dump prewritten cards in letterboxes. I'm sure some of these contractors park down the road throw any cards in the bin and take their parcels to the post office.

I lodged a parcel here last week, and according to the tracking number it was never sent. I went back and asked about what happened to it and the guy said that he’s sure he sent it, and there’s nothing I can do about it. Now I have to lodge a missing parcel request. Definitely recommend sending your post elsewhere.

Honestly the worst customer service one can expect from a quiet little post office. If you can avoid it, do! The owner refused to process my express envelope as he believed it was not a document (it was), he suggested I go elsewhere, I did and Neutral Bay had absolutely no hesitations and were much more efficient.

The man in this shop is undoubtedly the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I spent a lot of money to get fast delivery and tracking and my letter was not delivered. When I called to inquire about this no apology was made, no care was taken for their customers and the man hung up on me.
