This is the worst PO ever. I had to take one day off waiting for my parcel delivery but no one knock the door just left a collection letter. I have called the Delivery Centre but no one picked the phone and I have to call Aus Post for advise. The excuses given to me is the parcel is heavy. But the exactly same parcels been delivered twice already this year. when I mentioned the previous deliveries they were still trying to find some other excuses................ I don't have car and the I have to work on the time Delivery Centre open from Monday to Friday so no idea how to get my parcel.............so frustrating. I cant afford take more days off for the collection because I am working on hourly wages.

This is the best post office due to the awesome people who work there. This post office is not the closest one to me but I go out of my way to frequent this particular post office due to the fantastic customer service! The guys there are always friendly and very helpful. I visit here roughly every 2 days to post many items and am always greeted with a smile and the best service!! I highly recommend this Australia post office. 5 stars!!

It took 12 calls to get them to answer the phone. when they did they were rude and didn't want to talk to me let alone see if my package was there. if 0 stars could be given they earned them. Brilliant service after a notification today that i have a package to collect by tomorrow or they return it to the sender.

I've found the staff nothing but helpful. I've had a few issues with post not arriving and staff have chased it up for me spending a significant amount of time when they could have brushed me off. Have always resolved issues.

When you work 0700-1700 Monday to Friday and the only chance you have to pick up packages that have been delivered here are on the weekend. I certainly doesn’t help that they are closed BOTH Saturday and Sunday.

Parcels always being delivered to wrong addresses. When I chase up missing parcels there is no action for many days. My parcel is still missing postman probably has delivered it to the wrong address again.

I visit Dural Post Office nearly every second day. I have always found the staff there to be very efficient and have always gone out of their way to assist and be helpful.

I wasn't sure of a postcode and he told me it's not his problem and to go to another post office He swore at me and continued to abuse me to another customers

The guys at this PO are very friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way to advise on the best postage methods.

This is my local post office, great service and a very personalised experience for me every time.
