Horrible man at the desk. was racists towards me and my family from the moment I stepped in. Was rude throughout, wouldn't tell prices of different envelopes saying "I am telling you its more expensive" we wanted to pay via pay-wave and continuously asked if its master or visa which is never asked in any shop in my experience and when my husband said I am just paying via pay-wave and I don't think it makes a difference he turns around and says "I know my job you don't have to tell me" rude to my 4 year old daughter for picking up FREE pamphlets saying why do you need so many and telling us to put them back in order so that his work is less! like what are you there for??. wanting us to leave and told us to come back again to post the letter, and there were no other customers and closing time was still 45mins away. Horrible racists a*****e. Will never come again especially after reading other reviews with same racial discrimination I would advise anyone to NOT go here if you don't want to be racially profiled.

Update: Years later and this man is still a lazy liar. Tracking said the package was at his post office but he refuses to take the tracking number down and insists there's no proof it's there. Came back with my white partner who insisted he look again and suddenly the package is found within a minute. Less than 5 mins after he 'looked' before. Very lazy as evidenced by attitude and the fact that the shelves are covered in dust. Will sometimes lie and tell you he can't do something to avoid doing so. I've even had the screen turned around and been given the keyboard to fill out what he doesn't want to. If you can go to another post office I would advise doing so

The old man at desk is totally a racist, and the funny part is he is a racist towards his own race, how pathetic! However you can always see him talking to a white young lady with a good attitude. He makes you feel you owe him money when you talked to him. Very rude when he's busy doing something. People just stepped in and say hello and he behaved like very impatient, telling people to wait wait wait even others were not pushing and talking but simply saying hello. If there is a choice I won't even talk a word to him. Totally a joke.

Always prompt and great service. Wow reading through these reviews it’s obvious it’s mostly one person on a revenge crusade. Bit sad really. I have always found the man who works behind the counter to be extremely helpful - especially with things like The Iconic returns, any sort of parcel and making sure everything’s done properly. Can’t fault the guy. I’m a regular to this post office and cannot understand these negative reviews - they honestly seem like complete rubbish by someone who has obviously made up a few email addresses.

Poor customer service. The old man on the desk doesn’t know English. I went there to pick up my passport. He said he has nothing for you, Nobody come here..after so many arguments he finally found my post which was my passport. He didn’t even remember that postie has delivered something. I go to this post office at least once a week. The staff are so lovely and extremely helpful. I wish other retailers were like this. They speak english just fine! And know what they are doing. I am quiet appalled at all the bad reviews on here for such an amazing place.

The guy working here is really helpful. When sending parcels the guy was good at recommending me what bag to use and how to package it properly. He was also able to tell me off the top of his head how much everything cost which was impressive.
