I am very frustrated about the package being damaged/ tampered with, and how Australia Post Kilkenny handled the case. Upon receiving items at the Australia Post Mansfield Park, the package was damaged, and pictures were taken immediately A closer inspection reviewed the package had been tampered with (possible attempt to steal), the sticky tape on one end was punched through by a sharp object to see what was inside causing damage to all the connectors (of electronic parts). I brought it to Australia Post Kilkenny to claim that the package has been tampered with. A young Receptionist did not give me any form to fill in. She reported “item was not packaged sufficiently” despair I repeatedly claimed the package was tampered possible stealing attempts. She refused to report what I describe but filled the Claim the way as she see fit, very good way of passing the buck! Later on, I received an email from the inspection office which stated, “It is the seller's responsible”; we’re unable to cover it if the contents are damaged as a result. In my opinion, the whole process of claiming damaged items and (playing) the blame gam is a joke. The Receptionist reported on her computer in a certain way that the inspection office was able to point the finger at the seller, not by Post Office transportation. These methods are used to get away with damaged items caused by poor handling of the Australia Post Office. It is tricky and irresponsible.
Today, I ventured into the Post Office to obtain passport photos for Visas- easy enough? Well, my 11 year old boy was very quick to have his photo taken but my 14 year old daughter has severe Autism and cannot use the spoken word. We spent at least three days previously, to get a photo of her for her passport, not a fantastic one but at least it passed the test. The women at the Arndale Post Office were absolutely wonderful. After several goes, I really thought the we would have to give up as she could not focus on the camera and was moving her head quite rapidly. One shot was taken that was deemed okay but the two women were determined that I was going to be walking out with some good photos. YES! They did get a really great one and I am so grateful to them both. Thank you for your care and professional service. Regards Mary

I received my card to come to pick up my Parcel on 23 Jan and I came to the post office on 24 Jan at 4.30 PM. However, the staff in the post office have a mistake they sent my parcel back to Airport. The man in the post office called me on 25 Jan and said he does return it to me but I waited over a week and I call them but the staff did not help. They made a mistake but refused to admit it and correct it. They made me deal with the problems they caused me on my own. My parcel over 500$ was lost by careless people. I haven't heard any apologies from them since the problem arose.
Place is very nice even at busy times, staff handles rush pretty well (better than other post offices I've been to). Im local to this one and i absolutely like this place the staff is always nice, and friendly. Unlike the Woodville Post Office which is always so dam conjusted and understaffed all the time. But i think this one can have a bit more staff on too, although its it generally managed good at times I've been there. Usually very busy around 3 30pm though.
I just waited in line patiently here and then went to the next available counter when asked "whos next" a older GENTLEman who wasn't into the line pushed in and instead of the attendee telling him to wait in the line he got served and no one else or the staff cared so I had to proceed to the back of the line.. Hence I need to vent with this review because I was done dirty. Maybe they don't pay the staff enough to care at this particular post office
My 5 month old baby had his passport photo taken during the busiest time (between 3.30pm and 5pm). Customer service was excellent! Taking a passport photo for an infant, especially my baby is no piece of cake. Despite how busy it was at the time, staff members were very patient, understanding, accommodating and efficient. Kellie was one of them. Thanks to her, we had a very lovely and not so stressful experience.
Yet another negative experience at Kilkenny Post Shop. They didn’t like the certification on one of my documents, it conformed to the requirements they were just being uncooperative as usual. I went straight to another Post Office in the area and they had no issue with any of my paperwork. I find the staff at this shop consistently rude, unhelpful and condescending. Avoid if you are able.
Horrible services. Could be the worst. The old lady took about an hour to redirect mail service when I have ID and bank card. And I have to done it before and it took 5 minutes. Interestingly, she told me the ID card is not accepted
Usually excellent service here but very annoyed how long the line was when staff members are standing at the counter not serving ! Extremely disappointing aus post. only one girl kept the line moving !
I visited today, paying for my rent rude lady and asked I would like to cash out $100 from my bank account m. She ignored. I hate her face.. why such a rude person being customer services..?
Takes a very long time to collect packages. Almost half an hour sometimes. Needs to prioritise parcel collection over passports and other services or hire more staff.
Friendly staff, professional, but painfully slow and long lines out the door. I’ve never seen such long lines or such slow service at any post office in Adelaide.
The Lady at counter need better training. We provide photo ID with home address but she need phone number that mentioned on parcel that doesn't make sense
Staff are always friendly and helpful. This office also offers photographing for drivers license and passports. Service is quick and efficient.
Excellent post office and the best customer service. Not in my area but will return there. Very friendly and competent staff. Thank you :)
As good as a post office always is. You don't go here to have fun, you go to do things. Staff are helpful and location is convenient.
The staff here are just plain rude! All miserable when working hardly a friendly atmosphere
Brilliant service that I received yesterday, very helpful and so pleasant to deal with
Staff were very helpful and friendly didn't have to wait got served straight away.
The passport photo I took here is substandard. Staff need professional training
Amazing service on both occasions I attended! Outstanding! Thank you :)
The staff here is very rigid and good at passing the buck.
Excellent staff, top notch post office …
Rude lady. Needs to find a different job
Very friendly and excellent service.
