Very convenient location and does its job but I'm afraid that is about it because its staff is unbelievably rude, and I am not saying this because of one incident only. In the past 3 years of my experience dealing with the staff, my family and I have come to the conclusion that the staff not only has no empathy for its customers, but also can be upfront rude to you. When the tasks are simple and the process is short, sure you probably can walk out of the post office peacefully. But when mistakes occurred, the staff not only did not admit it but did not give its customer a chance to say anything, and would accuse you for being responsible for such mistake. Speechless.

I was just looking through the other reviews here and I was surprised to see that people had called this post office rude. I've lived in the neighbourhood for over 5 years now and have come to this post office almost exclusively during this time. The staff have never been rude. They're not the most chatty, and I don't know if I'd describe them as 'friendly' necessarily, but they've never been rude or hostile. And as other posters have mentioned, I've also noticed that if you turn up late in the day they don't just close the door in your face. They've been very helpful. They do a good job, they're patient. Best of all, there's no line.

My online ordered waited for 1.5 months. post office online system never updated the status showing “in transit” and was the same status over 3 weeks. I went to post office and check it, then got bad customer service. The lady was so rude saying they sent me 3 notes for pick up. Not allowing me to speak and let them understand that I never receive those notes. It is not the first time that the pick up notes gone missing. If they do not listen to customer’s feedback, not sure how can they improve their communication and their service …….

This Australia Post shop conveniently located near the station and have the collection boxes facing the walkway which makes it easy to access your post box without having to take a few extra turns. Got parking in front of the shop and in the side roads too. Staff is friendly and helpful. Any service I’m after I found they find the best possible deal in shipping according to my need for that parcel. Also they help with the renewal of your Australian passport too. I would highly recommend this shop.

Dreadful experience and no apology. My 17 year old daughter needed to get her identification verified and she had to return on 2 further occasions because first time they did not date it and the second time they did not write down their years of service with the post office despite my daughter asking them to, their reply was its not necessary, which it was. Their only response was its a free service so don't complain about it! OMG disgraceful

Excellent customer service from the staff here every single time I've been. They look after my parcel promptly and without delay. Very helpful and courteous. I've now switched to using Normanhurst LPO instead of Pennant Hills LPO due to the lack of customer service there. Very happy customer of Normanhurst LPO.

Small post offices are the best ; one to one service. Never had a problem I suggest that Maduranga Kannangara goes to the larger Hornsby post office and join the queue. Aust post has bee running all thru covid and has done a great job !!!

Best post office to post the parcel or any postal work. Excellent staff ,great product Knowledge.humble and courteous. Will give 10+stars.he waited extra 15 min. After 5.00 just to finish my postings. Will come again and again.

Love the fact it is local and run by locals…! Small and great service each time I need to collect a parcel! Not so great if there is a massive queue but I come back at another time…! Family run Biz and polite and efficient!
