Rude and incompetent. The older Indian gentleman with the glasses was the rudest customer service person I have ever spoken to. After reading some of the reviews it appears I’m not alone in thinking this. I went here to lodge a passport application and he told me I had filled in several parts of the form incorrectly, I asked him why as what he was saying made no sense, he proceeded to speak to me like I was a two-year-old while still not answering my question. He kept asking me if my baby had a drivers license Or if my baby had a passport in order to highlight what he thought was my stupidity. I spoke to the passport office and confirmed that he was wrong and I had filled out the form correctly. When I returned to try to lodge it again he scoffed & rolled his eyes at me, and did not apologise for the waste of my time and effort due to his error. His eyes lit up when he saw that I had gotten a date incorrect. Due to his earlier incompetence & his continued dismissive attitude, I questioned him on why this was wrong as I didn’t want to risk it being denied He didn’t explain or answer the question at all and began speaking to me like an idiot again, he just told me that I should follow him and & he won’t follow me. I was not going to blindly trust his advice as he had already demonstrated he didn’t know what he was talking about. When he continued with his condescending attitude I decided to make the effort to go to a different post office where it was lodged with no issues or attitude. The way he spoke to me was disgusting and I’m surprised that he thinks a job in customer service is suitable for him.
Unfriendly, incompetent, lazy and rude. I had a parcel dropped off at this LPO (I was home all day so I know my postman didn't even attempt to deliver to my door, I only know because the AusPost app). I called this LPO to inquire why a delivery was not attempted and to double check the parcel was indeed there before driving over. The first call didn't go through because the line was busy or off the hook, so I attempted a second time and decided to just wait on the line until someone picked up. First thing the guy said, "Could you please stop calling here." Verbatum. I explained why I was calling, then he put me on hold. He asked what my surname was and he said, no sorry, we don't have that parcel here. I reiterated, the AusPost app said it was delivered there so he asked for the tracking number. I proceeded to say the tracking # and he stopped me in the middle and said, "no sorry, I can't look up the tracking number" ?? Why ask in the first place? Then he said, "sorry, I can give you the customer service number to call". I said, no on my app it says the parcel was delivered here for some reason instead of being delivered. He asked for my home address, and I gave it to him, "oh, yeah, we have it here". My experience along with the others who have commented; the dude deserves to be fired.
This post modern live art exhibition depicts perfectly the 1950s post office experience. From the slow reaction time of the staff to not knowing any modern technology like internet or EFTPOS, I was transformed to my younger years. I must say I have visited many live art exhibition in my time, however these actors were committed heart and soul. The ability to act while showing no emotion or intelligence was impressive! The visuals, the smells and lights are an experience not to be missed. This show needs to be recognised and awarded at the highest level! Please purchase tickets before it's sold out! You can see the popularity cause a line out the door! Average show length between 2 to 4 hours.
Worst post office I've been to. The service is slow and the employees there are incompetent. I went to this post office to return some clothes by post and I asked to get the return slip printed there. The employee scanned my return barcode and proceeded to tell me that the barcode was not valid and that the internet was down. I decided to leave and try another post office 5 minutes away, and their system was operating as normal. Can't tell if the employees just don't want to do their job or are just incompetent?

I was both bullied and intimidated by him regarding a parcel that I went to pick up. The way he spoke to me was disgusting. It is such a shame that the people that were there before were so lovely. I have now set up for all my parcels to be delivered else where and I suggest everyone else does the same.
Every one please note if you have submit a request for mail redirection from this centre they will not process the application. Please do at any other Australia Post centre.I paid for the services and after 12 days i have to call the customer care number to inform that i am not receiving any letters/mails . Requested again nothing happened so far. Above all, no feedback from related staff or the management. All i can say, Poor customer service, Highly unprofessional and unreliable.
Poor customer service at the local post office in 343 Rocky point road sans souci Was really rushed and the Indian customer service representative that answered the phone didn't want to give me the time of day . I called at 11: 12 am . My parcel was sent to a further post office for no apparent reason and I cannot get there by foot as it is too far , I was rudely cut off and told I had to come get it and that's it . Apalled at some people tbh
Hands down the worst post office I have ever had the misfortune of stepping into. The guy that works here moves slower than a dead sloth and apparently hasn't yet figured out that one can type using more than just the index finger of one's right hand. This guy is so inefficient that the line outside is longer than the one for the Easter show.
Constantly losing packages even when head office has told them its listed as being there they seem to ignore it. They don't seem to know their own computer system for verification of identity and have screwed it up a couple of times. Impossible to deal with as well as just being slow for the most basic things.
I know the service is slow, however the staff are doing their best to accommodate everyone's needs in timely manner. I was instructed where to park (at the back of the post office - their own parking spot) to easy load my heavy Box into my car & even they assisted me in the process.... Highly Recommended.
rude and slow service, always talking on top of you especially the indian guy in glasses, will never return. Poor customer service. I use to be a loyal customer until they changed owners, much prefer to go the extra distance to the other post office around the corner than to give them any business.
What a joke this place is. Unprofessional and rude. They leave packages under the desk and don’t deliver them until you actually go in and follow up. This place is a disgrace to the Australia post brand and the fact that they carry that name and still remain open is a stain on Australia post
Very unprofessional staff. Slow and needs changes.. maybe half a star only. The old Indian with the eye glasses is very rude.. he shouldnt be working there. One of the worst Post Office in Sydney!! Sans Souci doesnt deserve this kind of service!
Incompetent and unhelpful. I've been given wrong information about registered mail (and paid for it for nothing) and the past two times I've been they simply cannot help me. Just close the shop, it's pointless.
Worst service of any post office I have ever been to. Staff are really rude. Avoid at all costs - if you go online you can switch your delivery address to a parcel locker. Much better service from a steel box.
If i could leave a minus star i would. The customer service is absolutely despicable, not to mention the rate of work is slower than i was aware humankind could achieve
It’s painful how slow this place is, waited 15 mins in line to post one box. With a line out the door one staff member on….Waste half a day at the post office
Bad, the waiter there don’t even know the OSHC insurance service which they’re supposed to know, and the waiter can’t even speak and understand English.
New owners are friendly and helpful, they will always assist in the best way to post that saves money. I always have a chat and a laugh with them.
