This is the 4th time this has happened to me. In the past, I have always gotten a paper slip at the door if I miss a package. I have been at home each of these times where there has supposedly been an ‘attempted’ delivery, however there was absolutely no sign of a delivery truck, slip of paper, or email/phone call etc. sent out to me. Last time when this happened, it was $300 worth parcel with $60 shipping fee that they decided to send back without notice. When confronted, the lady at the counter made it seem as if it was our fault that we were not keeping an eye out on the tracking number each day and every day. It should not be up to the receivers job to PREDICT when a parcel will be delivered. There’s many delays in tracking updates, delays in shipping etc, which makes it very tedious if a shopper needs to track a singular parcel every single day for let’s say, 20 days. If that is made the case, it should be made standard across all areas, and also NOTIFIED to us that this is now our job and not the responsibility of the post office. She pushed the blame off their poor management, by saying she’s sent out the slip of paper FOUR times, and proceeded to say it’s the truck drivers fault. It so happens that this time, I began to feel uneasy about the fact that my parcel had not arrived yet. A few days ago, I was notified that there were a few delays clearing customs, hence I expected later delivery date. I checked just now, and apparently they have once again attempted delivery 3 times, within the span of 24 minutes, of which I was 100% at home the entire day. No slip, no email, no call. Clearly they didn’t even try to deliver my parcel. Absolutely pathetic service.

I went to Wentworthville Post Office this morning to apply for a passport. I had queued for quite a while to get to the counter, but the staff told me “You either book an appointment or wait until the queue is cleared”, she refused to serve me and asked me to move aside. I was really surprised and asked her “why? I am the customer having queued up to here, and I have already waited for the queue in front of me to be cleared”. Why should I be discriminated against? Where is the policy of “either booking or waiting till the queue is cleared”? I asked to see the Branch Manager, the Manager didn’t explain anything, but just pointed her finger into my face and asked me to wait aside. I honestly don’t believe there is such a “booking or waiting” policy. I went to Parramatta Post Office yesterday (19 July 2021) in Westfield Shopping Centre to apply for the passport, it was a lot busier Post Office but I was served over the counter straight away. However, one document was missing, so it couldn’t get it done, and that’s why I was doing it again today with the complete set of documents. I told the staff that all the paperwork was ready, including passport photos (taken in Parramatta Post Office yesterday), they still refused to serve. The fact is the queue was never going to get cleared, does that mean I have to wait till the end of the day? My time is also precious, it’s not fair to keep me waiting infinitely. Both the staff and the manager were increditably unprofessional, rude and aggressive, they were absolutely appalling.

Friday, 10.8.18, our Director paid this joint a visit and discovered that our business PO Box of 12 years have been closed due to the apparent technical issue we had to fix with with the "head office". The manager blamed it all on the head office. The service received was extremely poor. Yesterday, 13.8.18, I went in the store to rectify the further damage loosing the business PO Box will cause the business, following 3 calls from Aus Post customer service and a call to someone that can make a massive difference. When it comes to livelihood, we need to tap on to people that can fix it. Needless to say I had the greatest service by the owner/manager of this place. First time in 12 years a service as such was ever given to us from this Post Office. So based on this isolated event I would rate this place fairly. Collectively, however, they need to lift their customer service game up. I don't know if it's a Vietnamese thing, but 2/3 ladies that were there needs to learn how speak gracefully to patrons. One staff was extremely dismissive to a lady trying to apply for passports. Anyways, be it cultural or lack of coffee, Customer Service is surely something that requires training on. As always, who needs to do it first? Management or staff?

I went there for passport application. I called 137678 asking for appointment they mentioned no need just walk in. Lady on the counter asked do u have appointment. I said no n was abt to say called and confirmed but she was not interested listening to me. Asked me to go to other counter. Asian lady Anna was there she was so rude in first place saying " stand behind that red line" in arrogant way. I said ok. I was waiting for her to serve customer she was then my turn. Another lady entered inside. Asian lady Anna totally ignored me first in the line and served her. I was still thinking ok. Then slowly people started line up. Anna called next customer. I was already there from 40 mins. Then i said excuse me i m waiting from long she answered rudely you done have appointment. Long story shot she made her mind not to help me. She was rude racist bcoz aussie customer were greeted not other community. She throwed my application and was making fun on me when I mentioned I will complaint. It seem like people did complaint for her many times but nothing happened to her so she was over confident. Please people don't go there if you want to get treated fairly and respectfully. Complaint already lodged. Thanks

Ok. Let me just start by saying this is the WORST, the most RUDEST Australia post staff I have EVER come across in my 29 years in Australia. If I could give a 0 star, I wouldn't give that either. If u expect friendly, all smiles, goes out of ur way service then make sure ur 'white'. If u happen to be anything less of that colour then prepare for long wait and rude faces. Yes those specimens are RACISTS. My biggest mistake was to go here to lodge for my daughters passport. I have been to some not so well off countries and even there I wasn't treated the way I was over here. The worst part was when I was asked to wait for one of those rude specimens, 20 mins later when another 'white' young man came along to lodge his passport she attended to him while I was right there. Wow! Australia post was never great on services but atleast they treated people with dignity. I could go on and how much I held back on NOT using profanities was a miracle. To all the 'ladies' working there? Go to hell!

This is the worst post office I have ever used. They are disrespectful, the mail men do not deliver our goods all the time, we do not always receive tickets for parcels. Frankly, it makes you not want to live in the area because the people here are completely incompetent as well as do not care they don't do their job properly. We will be getting a post box in a surrounding suburb and hope we never have to deal with this post office again. We have had outstanding service from the post office in Marsfield and have been severely let down moving into this area. Absolutely gutting to have your kids Xmas parcels sent back to the UK because a) they can't be bothered to give a ticket b) they can't find the parcels when you go in without a ticket but are aware that there are goods there for you and then? blame you for the problem because you didn't have a ticket. Then? If we have a complaint? We can go to the head office because the manager couldn't care less.

I went to wentworthville Post office in the afternoon. It was a horrible experience for me. A lady on left side of the counter ( name Jane but not sure as she told me her name very rudely and disrespectfully) was too too rude, unprofessional and didn't receive my parcel properly. I felt that that lady is doing her job forcefully and harassing customers over there. Just to courier one document i spent 2 days over there still she didn't gave me the correct information. Another girl was also trying to fight with me instead of stopping the wrong behaviour of her colleague. She said why people come here and disturb us. I really feel that the staff of wentworthville should be replaced ASAP otherwise it will be a biggest problem for everyone in future who will attend that post office. My parcel is very important and urgent and I doubt on her services. She told me that leave your parcel on the table and leave.

Ydonee (is how she spelt her name to me) you are so rude, unprofessional, aggressive and downright incompetent. You were so extremely rude and arrogant over the phone it is beyond ridiculous. You did not listen to my issue and were aggressive and rude and just wanted to put the phone down. "I am busy it's not my problem" is not an appropriate way to handle a customer issue. My package arrived broken and she was more interested in putting the phone down and eventually did hang up and spoke as loud as she could on top of me. I hope head office reads these complaints and has access to phone recordings because your service was the worst I have ever recieved. It seems all the staff even when you visit in person provide the same rude arrogant treatment. What a shame.

I went to collect parcel from Wentworthville post office at 16:10 on 06/10/2021. The small height Asian lady with ponytail was so rude. I went with my sister we were together- my sister took her parcels and when I told her that I also have one as we had same delivery address- it was just under different name- she did not attend me, told me that she did not call me, is not ready yet and asked me to step aside from queue- called an old man from back and started serving him. I mean, talking to your customers rudely and we were together so asking me to step aside and serving someone else can be a bad experience for customers. They should ask the ladies to be polite there.

There is one senior staff who just does not want to be there. She is always upset and rude. I went to collect something at 0905 am , the post office opens at 0900 am , 05 mins in her day and she is so rude and full of negativity. You can feel she just hates you as customer for being there. You will feel guilty that you used Australia Post sevices. No hi no hallo , no smile , just an angry upset face as if she is making sure that the earth goes around the sun. I am forced to write this review because no one deserves this. This was my less than a min interaction with her and within that one minute all I experienced how upset she was. And this is not the first time.

Ladies at this post office are always rude. I never seen any other post office customer service like this. When I was at the counter yesterday she just gave me the receipt. Did not even take my parcel she said I can go. Parcel was sitting on the counter. She was running after another customer and helping him to pack his parcel. May be she know him personally. We had parcel missing in the past from this post office. Also we noticed When we applied for our passport they kept it for few days. they dont send the parcel on the same day even if you give early. I have noted from the tracking. Can some Authority investigate this and help to change this please?

Wentworthville Australia post staff are completely incompetent, a simple parcel pick up took 15 mins and then they said "its definitely here we just cant find it". Their excuse oh we got many parcels today.....Yes you are Australia post why is this a surprise? Getting and distributing post is kinda what you do. After seeing so many bad reviews on google i am surprised that no action is taken on any of the people that work there. No effort is taken to actually give any proper customer service. Horrible experience, what is the point of paying for express shipping if the staff arn't competent enough to match a consignment number with a name?

I waited two years to post this review, in the hope that the service would improve, especially after making a complaint to Australia Post. It hasn't. All but one of the women who work here are very rude, and I have seen them go out of their way to be rude to myself and other customers. I hate having to pick up parcels from this post office, because everytime I do, I am greeted with scowls, snappy voices and huffs of exasperation from the staff. The staff don't wear name tags, so it is difficult to complain about specific staff members. If you can, go to a different post office.

Request to Australia Post: if you are giving contracts to run the post office by private companies then Please teach them first, because they are ruining Australian values and whole staff here behave like they are in their own country (people knows to whom I am targeting) . All staff here are very rude, and I have seen them go out of their way to be rude to myself and other customers. Extremely frustrated with the service received while tried to apply for my 1 year olds Australian passport here. The application was rejected saying the in the picture my daughter's mouth is open while passport photo guideline clearly allows that for kids under 3 years old. Tried to convey that information to the staff with no success. Staff including the store manager are not properly trained in this sort thing causing waste of time for customers. Do not recommend visiting this store for similar things.

Extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful staff. I have been visiting this LPO for last 3 years with a hope that there would be better customer service and would be a better approach from the staff. I don’t know why Australia Post is not taking any actions after 100 negative reviews. The staff need to uplift their customer service standard to meet up Australian citizen’s or resident’s standard expectations. Very poor and disappointing feedback, but it is the reality! Hope this get noticed.

I do not usually write reviews but I felt like I need to due to the worst customer service. Especially the small height asian lady has no sense how to serve the customer. Extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful staff. Dragged the parcel and left it between the counter door then push the parcel outside with the door. She should not be serving costumers. Very poor and disappointing feedback, but it is the reality! I hope Australian post take action soon.

I believe they have been reported numerous times and nothing has changed. All I want to know us what Australia Post is doing about this and when will the concerns of customers be addressed? It's very annoying to pick up your package and be spoken to with so much disrespect as well as feeling bullied on every occasion.

Cant use the F word or else i would. Rude staff. Cheaters. Trying to sell their own passport photo service. I had 6 different passport size photos but still they find faults with all and insisted to buy another photo worth $18. Same photo at another post office was accepted, no issues no questions asked. F hopeless. Australia post is sold. No more "Australia post". The staff is very rude and racist. Whoever says that very good service is lying.

I have never experienced bad customer service from the ladies at this post office. Yes they are straight to the point and efficient but that is appreciated. They have to deal with alot of customers. This is the most efficient post office I have dealt with by far. If you want to have a chat choose another post office or call the customer help line. If you know what you are doing this is the best post office in Western Sydney

There is a lady ( I didn’t get her name)there who honestly needs to learn some basic human decency and curtesy. She spoke arrogantly and rudely to a couple that was in front of me in the queue. She served me with a very bad attitude throwing unsigned form back that I had missed to sign. She has ZERO communication skills or manners. There can’t be these many bad reviews and whoever is in charge hasn’t acted. What a shame!!!

Would of loved to give Wentworthville Post Office a zero. What happened was that I had to get someone to pick up a parcel for me. The drama she went through even though I had done a written authority, was disgusting. The lady was totally rude to her and would not give her the parcel. She ended up in tears because of her terrible manner towards her. She doesn't want to step foot in there again. She told me.

Nastiest and rudest staff ever came across. They look for opportunities to put the customer in trouble. Sadistic and non cooperative staff. I don't know why this kind of morons are employed.. I had opted for parcel collection from this office, now I have cancelled it as these people sent back an item within minutes after they received it even without making a call on my cell. I had no complaints. Staff are friendly girls. Recently I ordered a parcel and I was supposed to register my parcel online with this LPO but i was not aware until the staff told me. Though they should not keep it and instead of returning the parcel to the sender, they kept it and advised me to register it next time. Was satisfied this time with these people. Thanks Staff.

They were pretty fine when I was lodging a passport application. But the postman never delivers to our apartment, always leaves a card saying Failed attempted delivery but in truth the postman never "attempted" to deliver. This has happened 3 times on the trot already for me and I was home all the 3 times and no one dailed at the security entrace to gain access.

The 2 younger staff are kind and friendly. However the older staff member is unbelievably rude! She berated me in front of other customers because the SENDER mislabelled my package and forgot my last name. This was completely out of my control, and her tone and language was unacceptable. I've signed up for a Parcel Locker as to not deal with her again.

Rude and unfriendly... no smile, no politeness. Maybe they should get some welcoming lessons. I always say "good morning or hello" but never get it back. Same when leaving, always say "have a good day and bye" but they never feel like they should reply. It is time the post headquarters start sanctioning the bad franchise

Everyone's reviews says it all. Staff here has no idea how to treat others with respect. Always seem cranky. But this location is five stars as compared to the Westmead LPO, which is inside the hospital. The parking and convenience is hell to get to the Westmead one so I'd still come here, expecting the rudeness.

Rude employees and horrible customer service, there was an issue with a parcel being delivered and no one was interested is trying to help. Customer services was practically non existent. Maybe they should hire some English speaking workers.

The staff is extremely rude and unbearable. The reviews have been similar for years but no action has been taken.

Worst service till date from any Aus Post. You have to go to the Aus Post office to get your delivery .
