Very very very bad experience with the old auntie asian lady. I am an asian myself and thought I can connect with her but no just no. You know the feeling that everytime I pick up my parcel in the post office I will always have this anxiety and saying a little prayer that she is not in the counter or i will just avoid her line. And she doesn’t fail me every time. Everytime is a brand new experience. The tone, the sound and pitch of her voice to me and other customers. The almost angry face. I don’t need someone to be nice to me or respect me, i’m not expecting a smile or a greeting- but just be civil and be human enough to customers because we are all. I’m almost in tears at the counter today. And that’s another story to tell.

These guys manage to deliver no customer service whatsoever. I have dealt with them both in a personal and business perspective, over several years, and they never fail to disappoint. I dropped by the other day as it was on my way, and they also managed to be unhelpful. I already told myself before that I would never go there again, but it was a reminder. Northbridge LPO has a much better service and is my goto place.

After waiting 30 min on the phone. They tried to give me a sob story about how the drivers are working 14 hour days. I'm currently working 14 hour days myself so I honestly don't want to hear that, I'm still able to get my job done. I can't currently can't pick up my package and the customer service rep I spoke to offered me no help no suggestion nothing. How can you work in customer service and not offer an option?

16:45 on a weekday is a good time to go if you have a relatively quick task, such as in my case an ASOS return. The man who served me knew exactly what was required (asked me if they had sent me the barcode to allow him to print out the return delivery label & provided me with the proof of return receipt). Other than a short wait in line I was in & out in like 1-2min.

I walked in with a package and before I could even say anything she just growled ‘jUst LeaVe It TheRe’ and then told me to leave. Bad experience. There’s something disturbingly terrifying about the old Asian lady’s presence. I thought that the was going to bite me or something

V rude and untrustworthy. Asian lady tried to get me to buy a large postage bag when medium was suffice. When I wanted to buy a medium postage bag she said there are “none left” but there were many on the shop. Customers are not idiots. Won’t be back.

Restricted to being open only business hours, so you usually have to take time off work if a parcel ends up here (eg have to sign for something). Has a parcel locker which is great if you can have items sent to it Helpful staff

Yet another disappointing experience with the same rude lady who has been working there for several years. Multiple bad reviews about her here and yet she still doesn’t seem to appreciate being employed. Such entitlement

I don’t feel I’m welcome to go there because the stuff are not friendly and smiling at all . They don’t look happy. Sorry for them .

Consistent and efficient. I've had a few bad run-ins with some deliveries but the blame can't be placed on the post office itself

Staff are friendly but it is a small PO and usually with 1-2 counter staff. Service could be slow if you caught up with the crowd

I have to agree with the below reviewer about the rude lady who works on the counter! Her terrible attitude should be addressed!

Order my post supposed to come but had to pick up payed extra for postage to leave it front of door and they didn’t

Opening hours are too limited. Need to be extended to earlier in the morning and/or Saturday morning.

Sending a parcel today, staff are very efficient, queue wait time was only 2 minutes.

Friendly staff and usually not too busy.

I must say much better than Chatswood's.
