I cannot thank the team here enough! I traveled to Rome as a stop over between Chile and Egypt and lost my passport soon after arriving. The help and reassurance I received was amazing. They processed my application so fast and gave me advice about travelling on an emergency passport so I could continue my journey. This is a once in a life time trip for me after beating cancer this year and I was devastated to think I would have to go home early. They saved my holiday!!!! I am so so great full for their help.
