I would say just be careful here. I did get the truck that I wanted but not necessarily to deal or the condition that I would expect from any dealership. After spending a few days attempting to make contact with somebody, I finally got through by reaching out on Facebook. This is after unanswered and undelivered or bad email address posted online for contact forms. A deal was put together and due to our distance from the dealership I was putting trust into their vehicle description, condition and even in the numbers they had. After getting what I didn't consider a very good deal through their financing we were able to get our own financing from our bank with a much better deal. At that point the price for the vehicle went back up from a price they had give with their financing and warranty. We continued on with the deal because it was the truck that we wanted ultimately. After getting the truck home, while we love the truck, their are just a few things that I felt could have been better disclosed or handled differently. Examples are tears in the 2 different seats not pictured well, all but no detail work done on the vehicle, a single broken key, and a few other small issues. When it comes to the detailing, it was very disappointing. The truck had trash in the center console among other things that made it obvious that detailing work was not a priority. Before even leaving the lot, the door was locked behind us after being told the broken key should be fine and we should just order a new one. Now one day after having the truck we are stuck trying to re- supper glue a key together just to have a key to operate the vehicle. This seems like an important part of selling a vehicle. Overall - we got the vehicle that we wanted so I am trying to remain positive but still disappointed in the service and conditions. Just beware!!! REVISED - As we keep finding things that really are disappointing in this vehicle that we can't even use since it doesn't have a working key.... - Not detailed - Broken Key - Torn Seats - No Gas - Broken Sunroof - Short in Back up Camera - Rear Defrost Doesn't Work - Bad Front Rotors Still attempting to stay positive but it's becoming more and more difficult. Obviously the online response from this dealership proves my point as well. "We took $2000 off" ... so figure it out on your own. Let me just say this. The original deal that took $2500 off because It was their financing and warranty brought the vehicle closer to NADA pricing to begin with so I sure don't feel like the $2000 off I ended up with should justify a FIGURE IT OUT type of response. WE CAN'T EVEN USE THE VEHICLE BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T EVEN CARE ABOUT A FUNCTIONING KEY.

I don’t usually write reviews unless they are really good or really bad. I read reviews when considering doing business. Auto Kingdom was really good to me. This place specializes in trucks. They all looked good and clean. One thing I noticed is a lot of buyers drove long distances to do business there which indicate good deals. We found a great Chevy Silverado 2011 4x4 lifted with custom off-road wheels tires under 100,000 miles for low $20s K. Great deal great truck. After buying it driving home noticed horn did not work, cruise control did not work, right side mirror electric adjustment stuck. Auto Kingdom had no legal obligation to fix any of this this what buying “as is” is all about. But does not make for good business or reputation of car business to not make wrongs right with things you can’t discover during a short demo ride. Called Auto Kingdom next day after purchase reported 3 inoperative components. Auto Kingdom gets my 5 stars for fixing all 3 of these inoperative components at no charge even though not obligated to do so. Truck is still running great. And I will return to do good business with them again. I hope all who read this experience same good service and experience. Happy Truckn. Capt. John

Absolute worst. We got scammed here buyer beware. Unfriendly and not willing to help with a problem on the car we bought from them. We alerted them the next day after we bought it and they absolutely will not do anything to help said it was sold as is. I normally agree with that but not when you’re alerted right away. We have had to replace the engine (only had 50k miles on it), front axle, thermostat, gasket, radiator. We’re now $5,000 into the car that they tell us we got a “deal” on. Again Buyer beware!!! I’ll change my review if they decide to help and make things right until then, avoid this place! Additional - They say they have no clue who I am. They know the cars they sold us. We bought 2 from them. I didn’t even mention the $1,000 we put into the other one. They can contact me if they want the review taken down. Only way it changes is if they make it right for the cars we bought. Not even asking for half of what we put into them being very fair and have talked to them on the phone and via text message. Action9 has been contacted.

Bought a Ford Raptor from them and they failed to show a huge dent on the rear quarter panel before I drove 2 hours to go look at it and planned to purchase it. Less than a few weeks into owning it: 1. Engine overheated due to a coolant leak 2. Water pump had to be replaced 3. Sunroof was jammed/not working (this was partially my fault for not checking it before buying as this problem was pre-existing and I assumed it was working since they did not mention any problems with the truck at all) 4. Check Engine light came on a few days after owning and threw a code which after testing I found they intentionally erased and purposefully avoided telling me about so they could sell it. Would not recommend.

Found a truck, talked with them and I asked to put a deposit down so they would hold the truck. I was told I didn’t need to put anything down to hold the truck because I was approved for it through financing. I was told that I would get a call back from Michael, as soon as everything was a go. I was going to fly down from northern Indiana and was waiting for the call so I could buy the plane tickets. Never got a call. When I called the following day, I was told that when he went to lunch, someone else sold the truck. I’ve never had this happen at any lot before, I don’t recommend this company but that’s just my poor experience with them.

The customer service is very poor and unprofessional. I was interested in a Honda Accord which was listed on their website but was told it was in a shop being repaired and found that very odd. I was also interested in doing a test drive on another car on the parking lot and was told that I have to be approved by a bank to do a test drive. I thought that the requirement was bogus. I decided not to purchase any car from this dealership. Everyone please avoid this dealership as they're not sincere with their dealings. They are very shady.

I’d be careful buying a vehicle from here. When I bought the truck I saw it was 20 miles to empty so I asked for them to fill it up before I got there. They said they would only do that if I left a 5 star review which is probably the only reason they have decent reviews. After that, my transmission went out after driving it for 2 days and they were unwilling to do anything about it. Going out that soon is very unlikely to be just a “bad luck” situation. Hope this helps any of you looking to buy a truck from this place.
