The couple who own the car lot were nice in person and polite. My wife bought a 2013 Toyota Corolla. On her second day of driving it, on highway 410, the grill went flying off my car! She went back and got it, called Robert (the owner), and he got it put back on. They originally told her that there was nothing wrong except for this plastic piece on the front of the passenger wheel (just cosmetic nothing crazy). After driving it through a car wash the front medallion came off so she went and got it after finishing the car wash. She didn’t buy a new medallion, she just glued it back onto the car. She also found out at this time that my passenger side mirror was broken and they had just put it on there loosely without even properly securing it. The high-pressure jets from the car wash were enough to knock it off. Shortly after having the car she noticed that the radio would not work sometimes and we thought that maybe it was just a bad connection. We weren't too worried about it, because sometimes when you buy a used car it’s going to have cosmetic issues so while the mirror, grill, medallion, and radio were annoying, we figured that we could deal with it. She works from home so she really just needed the car to get our kids to their appointments with the doctors and to drop them off and pick them up from school. The car was 10,000+ dollars and she put 1400 down as an initial payment. What was NOT ok was when after only driving it less than 2000 miles that it broke down on the side of the road and it appears to be needing a new alternator and possibly a new computer. She did call When the car broke down she did leave a voicemail never heard back from anyone. She's only had the car for two months, and had only driven it about 2000 miles in that whole time. This is our experience so far, and it has not been a good experience. They have incentives for you to refer people and encourage others to go there, but we can’t in good conscience refer anyone to this place. Not after our bad experience.

After moving from Germany back to the US, I was desperate for a vehicle. Went to several different lots and dealerships but after letting my American credit slip it was near impossible and wildly expensive to get a vehicle that I could afford. My mom had told me about Auto Solution and while I was reluctant to go, thinking that it’d just be another dead end- Robert greeted me in the lot as I was walking around. I talked with him about my situation and I applied for a 2006 Honda CRV during financing while doing a vehicle inspection, Robert noticed a small issue with the vehicle and decided to offer me the much much more upgraded 2012 out of kindness to which I’m exceedingly grateful for. I drove it off the lot same day!! I absolutely recommend this place for anyone in pinch or just wanting to buy a vehicle from good people. Thank you again Robert!

Do not ever go to Auto solution 8915 grissom road and if you do do not deal with Robert the person that owns the company I recommend you do not deal with this guy sorry can't trust them he's not a man of his word he's lazy he doesn't want to make any money is racist sports black people he wasted my time I've been talking to his wife Kyra all day about getting the car and I got here after work and they wasted my time my patience and my money I do not recommend this place or no one especially for black people this place is full of lies and fake broad people even made me sit outside and wait in the cold for my ride knowing that I took a uber there and spent money to come up here and get a car please do not come to the shop and get a car this is the worst experience that I've had to San Antonio dealing with a deal it is not worth it!

The best dealer I’ve ever dealt with. I was looking for a vehicle for weeks had my credit pulled so many times and got nothing so I came here to auto solutions and had a fantastic time. Mrs kara took great care of me sat down talked about payments what I was looking for and got started. Mr Robert came in and let me test drive a few cars and I picked the one I liked. All the vehicles I drove was real nice no problems and I drove away with the car my heart was set on. It was a great experience and easy process. Every bad review on here is false . Robert is the best mechanic and dealer and Kara is nice and professional. Produced car fax for us without even asking. I was referred here by a close friend who his whole family basically has a car from here none of them have problems. Just don’t lie to them and you will be happy pulling of the lot with a new car . Also they pay for stickers also it’ll all be taken care of when you buy car . Great trade in value I traded my 2009 crv in for a Ford Explorer got a great trade in value.
