I would just like to start off by mentioning that this is usually a good company. It's affordable, and they do have efficient movers. Nana is so kind and accommodating.... very flexible and friendly. I have used this company before but my previous experience was nothing like this last one. I'm so disappointed with how my belongings were treated, and I found that the movers did a sloppy job this time. I have included pictures. The price I paid included the cost of supplies, but the supplies were not used. No boxes, no protective blankets. I had furniture that was not wrapped with the protective wrap. These items include pictures, glass tables that could have been damaged, and an expensive couch. My couch was dragged (not lifted or placed on a dolly) on the the dirty elevator floor in the storage building. I should ask the storage building manager for the footage (if that's a possibility). I had to ask the mover to please be careful with the couch and to please cover it with plastic wrap. Needless to say, there was a minor damage done to the corner of my couch, but the size of the damage shouldn't matter. It's the principle. If you pay for a service, it should be done right! There were pictures that were not protected in any way, and one of them fell and completely broke. I had tons of other items that were loaded on the truck carelessly and without protection. When asked why they didn't wrap my items, they said that they were trying to save me money and get it done in a decent time (2 hour minimum)... but I was not worried about the time and was in no way rushing them (especially when it comes to my belongings being mistreated and damaged in the process). When I pointed out that he should have used the dolly to move my couch from elevator to storage unit, he said that a small nick is not a big deal and that I could just get my couch steam cleaned. I tried to call the company to let them know what was going on with the movers, but I felt unheard. They did, however, send me an email and said they would message me with any updates. (whatever that means). I will take into consideration that this was the movers second move of the day (I can understand them being tierd and wanting to get the job done)...but the way my stuff was treated is unacceptable and very unprofessional.

Thank you to Available Movers! :) Booking confirmation was done a day before via email, ensuring we were good to go for the moving day. On the day of the move, they arrived on the dot, in fact 5 minutes early, and informed us of their arrival via text. Given the limited space, the amount of items and the weight of our boxes, they loaded and unloaded with great efficiency and care. They consistently checked in to double check our belongings, making sure everything was loaded to the truck. When we got to the destination, they made sure all our items went to the right area with care while ensuring to keep the floors, stairs and walls damage-free. The payment method was very transparent — no hidden or unexpected fees. Nana who guided us through the whole moving logistics was friendly and informative on the phone. Great, professional, respectful and friendly customer service overall! I would highly recommend Available Movers to anyone, and would not hesitate to book them again for future moves!

I used this service to help move all my furniture into my new condo. I am very grateful to have had the help of Dani and Dito. They arrived on time, were friendly and worked really quickly. The entire process was stress free (which is what you want on a moving day)! I appreciated the transparency of this company- from the quote process to the final payment there was no surprises and communication was great. To be honest I thought these guys were too good to be true! But, they delivered on all their promises. What you see is what you get. No hidden or extra fees. It was estimated that our move would take 4 hours. They did it in 3! Saving us hundreds compared to the quotes we received from other companies. All the while being professional, courteous, and careful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Available Movers to anyone.

The 2 gentlemen showed up early, they were friendly, did a great job wrapping the furniture and moved a pretty good pace. But they kept coming to shrink wrap 1 item at a time. I felt that if they wrapped everything together, it would have saved more time.
