First their customer service during the initial call was excellent. Arnold was so friendly, patient and informative and that ensured that I had an accurate quote for the move. Then there was the technology that confirmed the quote and allowed for a deposit online with auto confirmation generated, that gave me piece of mind. This was a longer move, approximately 2 hours away from Toronto, the movers actually arrived approx 10 min early and admittedly I wasn't fully prepared. They gave absolutely 0 attitude, were friendly and professional ( even packed the truck beautifully) and helped me to pack all my loose items. In fact, they packed some things I had thought I left behind, so that was a very nice surprise! The place I was moving to had no elevator, and as a collector of books, I had many heavy boxes. These guys did an excellent job with the amount of heavy boxes I had and the many times they had to go up the 3 flights of stairs. They also did an excellent job assembling two beds, one requiring several screw ins. Which was an enormous help for me! The payment process was also incredibly simple with the machine and the option for tip. As someone who has moved several times and had movers drop items, leave items outside that they couldn't navigate through doors and at the worst demand more money to release my furniture off the truck at arrival, I was really really really impressed with this process. I will definitely be recommending Miracle Movers to any friends and family.

Would love to share my experience with Miracle Movers company after using their service: arrived team of three people displayed punctuality professionalism, attention to details, and a friendly demeanor throughout the process. No damage was done to the furniture or to the property, not only helped with my move but also provided furniture assembly services. They assembled four beds for me, saving me time and effort. Miracle Movers was absolutely fantastic, the best move I’ve ever had! I won’t be using another moving company ever again. They team moved my office as well as my home. The moving staff are professional, punctual and took extra care with everything. Nothing broke, or damaged in either move & my home was an all day booking. This is my second time with Miracle Movers. Two of Miracle Movers' team helped me move to my new home deeper into the suburbs. They took good care of my belongings, including my canoe and picnic bench and were efficient overall. The two men were professional as well and even shared a good laugh with my wife and I at the end of the move.
