As a homeowner you’d like to think your problem is the most important. After the wind storm so many home in the area needed repairs. And the stress of even a small job is not made better when you can even leave a message with any roofer. Well, Joe answered and was a true pro. He asked we text our address and he was compiling a list of homes. 70+ helped when I called. Given the busy period, so many store out of supplies Joe and his crew did a professional job and got of roof fixed! Even on projects that are small repairs like ours was. Thanks guys. This Victoria Day they came to repair our roof that was damaged by the terrible storm we had in South Ontario. Before I called Joe at Available Roofing I called three other roofing companies to fix a leak in my roof after a heavy snow storm. These companies refused to come due to snow accumulation on the roof. However I called Joe, he had a “can do” and professional attitude and said it would be fixed in the next day. He and his crew came, they were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They cleaned up after the work was done. Joe was the only contractor that answered his phone, out of 4 different companies, the day I called with a tree branch sticking out of my roof. He came out to my house immediately and got a crew to me quickly to at least remove the branch and temporarily cover the hole. They returned 2 days later at almost 6:00PM to make sure my roof was repaired before a heavy rainfall. They were professional and courteous and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof repair/replacement. They will be the first company I call if I ever need something done on my roof.

Crews did a very nice job especially with the clean up around our garden such a difference . I remember my neighbours getting their roofs done and the other company guys were very unruly loud and abusive. I’m glad I picked Available they were very professional and polite.. They did not even ask for a deposit and after they were done the owner came back inspected the job did all the corrections and then charged me . Contacted Joe. He installed a new roof on our pavilion, he was very knowledgeable, and made an extra effort to look for specialized material for my job to keep the cost down. His team that installed my roof were quick and clean. Thanks Joe. UPDATE - I was told by my contractor that the rain shield installed was the incorrect size. I called Joe a number of times and he promised to swing by and take a look. It has been almost year and Joe has not been out to look at my roof or contacted me. Use at your own discretion.

Within an hour of my call, Joe Hirani the owner came over to assess an estimate the roof damage caused by a tree branch falling through the shingles. He gave me a fair price, and his crew were here the same afternoon to start the work, They also cleaned all my overflowing gutters and eaves troughs and repaired some fascia errors made with the previous roof installer. They worked tirelessly, and left the entire area nicely cleaned up. Very pleased, and would recommend Available Roofing. Will use again. Thanks Joe!

These guys were working on the roof of the building I work in and cast 50 stones onto my Audi S5 and caused thousands of dollars in damage to my car. And probably to other vehicles around it. Supervisors response “I can’t control where the stones go” negligence- not setting up barriers for their work. Then the owner gives you the run around about coming to talk to you about the damages and fix the car. Avoid this company if you want to avoid damages to other peoples property and your own.

After a severe storm the night before (Apr.15),I phoned Available to repair some missing shingles; this was at 9am and was told they will call before arriving 1 hour later. At 11:30am I called again to find out where they were and was told that they would arrive within the next 30-40 minutes; that was yesterday(Apr.16) and I'm still waiting. Since then I've arranged for another roofing company to come and repair what apparently wasn't enough for Available Roofing to be bothered with.

After inquiring into Available Roofing's services, I was quickly responded to by Joe over the phone to discuss the work that needed to be done on my roof. He made the whole process transparent, and brought by multiple shingle samples to compare before choosing a final style. His price was by far the best out of the other roofers we reached out too, and his team did a great job the day of the install. I would highly recommend anyone choose this company for any of their roofing needs.

This company came highly recommended by our neighbors . When the foreman Leo noted we needed more vents for our roof , the owner of the company personally came to the jobsite with extra vents and installed them , he also apologized and gave them to us for free as he said it was an oversight on the salesman's part. Where do you get workmanship like this anymore. This company really takes pride in their work and will go the extra mile to deliver a quality roof.

Available Roofing replaced my flat roof and fixed my shingled roof, reworked the flashing and added some vents. The next day it poured rain and the leak that we had before is now gone. Joe and his team were able to do everything in a day and cleaned up after they had finished. His team was friendly and helpful, they even helped a gentlemen down the street move something that was too heavy for him to do alone. Great company I highly recommend them.

I just had our shingles replaced and can’t say enough about how impressed i was with the whole process. Joe walked me through all the options (shingle types, venting types, best material for drainage in the valley’s) and shingle colour choices. Then his crew showed up and it was like a nascar pit crew. They worked as a team, super skilled and organized. They cleaned up well and came back for a slow inspection with me. Super happy with their work.

They were not the cheapest quote by far but we are glad we went with them for our roof replacement. Leo and the crew were very professional they left our yard spotless the clean up was great. Id definitely recommend them to my friends . Joe who is the owner of the company actually came out to do the final inspection before we got our final warranty which is pretty good ten years fully comprehensive on workmanship and labor.

We’ve contacted Available Roofing in Nov 2018 to assess a potential roof leak. We were selling our house and needed a response urgently. The service provided by Leo and Joe was excellent, very quick on responding to the request, very knowledgeable on evaluating the situation and explaining it to us and submitting the report very promptly. Highly recommend contacting them for any roof issues, concerns, work to be done.

With the windstorm, I had my shingles blown away and plywood damaged. There was a hole in my roof as well. Joe was quick to respond, came to look at the roof on the same day. To prevent any further damage, repaired my roof hole the next day and came back a week later to re-shingle the roof. Joe never misses a call, very honest and his quotes are very competitive. I contacted Joe to re-install a missing shingle from my roof. He agreed to do the job for $300, but when I requested for a change of the job date, he asked for $400. I find Joe unethical, unprofessional and ungrateful. Without ever getting him to work on my roof, I can say that everyone should stay away from this contractor. I wish I could give minus stars, but sadly it is not allowed.

We had an old roof on a two storey detached house that was missing shingles and had a hole where squirrels were getting into the attic. Joe and his team did a great job in repairing the damaged wood, sealing up the holes and reshingled the roof. Afterwards they cleared all the debris so when they were done, it was if they had never been there. Great job! Fair value for the money.

I was parked off to the side with my signal flashing at Costco waiting patiently for an old lady to pack up her groceries into her suv so i could take the parking spot. Meanwhile buddy driving license plate# BE 72279 drives up beside me and has the nerve to ask me “why don’t you park in the middle?” Many suvs drove by easily. I wouldn’t hire this smarta55 to do my roofing.

Late in the season I called Joe and his team to come and remove an old furnace stack that was no longer being used. Joe and his team were able to schedule me in within a couple of weeks and did a fine job of removing the stack and covering up the hole with new wood and shingles that match.
