After calling 4 local roofing companies, and only one willing to come give an estimate, (quite high), I saw Dan and his crew at a neighbour'ss. I asked for an estimate, Dan came the same day and gave an estimate that was 30% less than the one I had. I waited until they had finished our neighbour's job,and then spoke to the neighbour who's son referred Dan to him. Both father and son were very impressed and happy with OTR's job. We decided to move forward, Dan dropped the brochure for shingle choice off the next week, we made our choice of colour, and the whole crew was back the following week to do the job. They were all very nice guys, they were in and out the same day, left everything very clean, They somehow managed to strip and replace the shingles without taking our Christmas lights down from the troughs or breaking any!! Impressive! We have a home with a Mansard roof, which are notorious for poor ventilation, causing the shingles to bake off and reduce their lifespan. This I was already aware of, Dan explained it to me regardless, and then explained how he was going to "MacGyver" some additional venting under the roof flashing to increase airflow and remedy the situation. My friends were right, not only were they very professional, they were also reliable and showed up on time. It took them only a short amount of time to finish the work. My roof had two layers of shingles to take down and they were still very quick to finish. I was so pleased with their work so I got them to do my evsdrop. Again, they did a fabulous job. I also got them to do my parent's roof and they also were impressed with their work. Ontario Tech Roofing is an awesome company that does great work. They replaced our roof, eaves, soffit, fascia and siding and it looks fantastic. The employees are punctual, hard working, friendly and reliable. They came exactly when they said they would, cleaned up any mess that was made, and even took time to talk to my young son who was very curious about what was going on. After the job was done my husband had a question about something and he phoned the employee we dealt with and he came out the same day to take a look at what my husband was talking about and reassure him that everything was fine. They don't just say that they will be there if you have any questions, they ACTUALLY are there. We have had several wind/rain storms since the roof has been replaced, and we have had absolutely no issues. The roof is perfect and looks amazing.

We recently had our roof down by Ontario tech roofing. Dan is the best. He’s such a nice man. I’ve never had anyone this nice work for us. His number one goal is to make sure he makes his client happy. He and his team did a great job on our roof. It looks amazing. He answered all of our million questions. He booked us really fast and made sure to come on the exact time he scheduled us for. After the roof was complete he took pictures and showed everything and asked if I was okay with everything. We got a fabulous quote for our condo roofs (6) that were by far lower than other quotes. All the workers showed up on time and worked incredibly hard each and every day. The job is a very messy one, but they cleaned everything throughout and at the end of their long shifts. The roof looks amazing and I am very pleased. A great company with a really great crew.
