As recommended, we requested bids from several companies, trying to stick to a locally owned/small business with good reviews. Avanti Painting fit the bill! Avanti Painting's prices are fair and affordable. The process ticked along like clockwork, until the smoke from the forest fires made the air quality unsafe to be outside. It was a minor set back with regard to time, but completely unavoidable. Dominick was still able to fit us into his now crowded schedule and he completely rocked it! We sincerely appreciated Dominick's responsiveness to our questions, often pre-emptively taking us on walkabouts to explain where he was in the process and to ask clarifying questions. It was clear that our satisfaction was important to him. He also took the time to ensure that debris was removed, plants were not trampled, and messes were not left behind. But what impressed us the most was how he mentored and worked with his crew. You could hear the respect and it spoke volumes to his character; that's also important to us. The Results. First, the details are meticulous. Dominick took the time to ensure there was not a single flaw. And, man, oh man! Our house is BEAUTIFUL!! Our once beige stucco/wood siding house was blah and boring. I mean, it wasn't ugly, it just looked dirty and tired. We are now proudly sporting a fabulous blue with white trim that pops. Our neighbors have stopped us several times to tell us they love the color almost as much as we do! OUTSTANDING QUALITY AND PROFESSIONALISM Having remodeled two homes and interacted with a number of professionals, our experience with Avanti Painting, and Dominick the owner, has exceeded our expectations beyond what we could have imagined. Dominick is the ultimate professional starting with his honesty and competitive pricing. Besides being extremely attentive to details and completing the project like a true artist, he manages to be present with his team without interrupting the household routine. Especially during these times when a number of us work from home, having contractors in the house can be quite disruptive – not the case with Dominick. This project consisted of painting multiple rooms in the house over a span of one week. He was punctual, did everything as promised, communicated effectively on how the project was progressing, cleaned up daily as if his team had not spent the day in the house…..I could go on and on with the list of attributes. Ultimately, this was our second time working with Dominick and as we embark on a large exterior painting project, we would not have anyone but Avanti do it.

We presented Dominick with a tall list for our 1908 Foursquare. The second story doors, along with the door and window trim were in sorry shape after all the years. We obtained bids from several companies to repair the doors, paint over all varnished surfaces (including picture rail) to white. Additionally, There were two big bulges on the walls in two of the bedrooms, left over from when the house had potbelly stoves. There was staining on the ceiling of one of the bedrooms from a old water leak, and plaster needed repair in two of the bedroom ceilings. Lastly, all four rooms on the second floor needed repair from partial remnants of wallpaper and repainting. The bid from Avanti was below all others, and we are so pleased with the outcome of all tasks listed above. Dominick sprayed all the trim and took the doors(7) off site for spraying. The results are amazing. We will be calling them again for work on the first floor!

Where do we begin? Dominic is the best out there! We were approaching the end stages of getting our home ready to sell and realized at the very last minute that we had to bite the bullet and have the house painted. Our realtor put us in touch with Dominic and before we knew it he was at our home bidding out the project, offering up his design and color suggestions when we asked, and was able to meet our last minute deadline. Once the project was finished we were so pleased with how it turned out from prep, to the painting, to the clean up, Dominic showed up in every way! We also had another last minute interior paint emergency and yet again with zero lead time Dominic made it happen! Our home would have never been ready to go live had it not been for Dominic. We would recommend him for both exterior and interior paint perfection in a heart beat! He will be the first one we call once we get settled into our new home!

Excellent match of price and quality workmanship… I contacted Avanti Painting, and talked with Dominick as I had a house that needed the fascia boards prepped, prime and painted. It was a 2 story house and I didn’t have the ladders needed, and just didn’t feel comfortable that high up. He gave me a very good and reasonable estimate and asked if he could have window of time to complete since it was a small job. I had no issues doing it this way, but after just a couple days he called and said he could do it right away. He completed it in two days; sanding, washing, priming and painting. He used excellent quality paints and it made such a difference in appearance and protected the wood. I will definitely use him for all my future painting needs.

We've used Avanti in the past and Dominick does a great job. We had a need for 2-3 different paint-related jobs and he Dominick worked us into his schedule. He was quick and the jobs look great. One of the issues was an area where he painted a section of the exterior of the house that takes a beating from the sun, but Dominick readily determined that it was a paint failure and considered it under warranty, though it had been 4-5 years since he painted up there. We were not expecting that treatment so were a bit pleasantly surprised, but Dominick has always been very contentious about his work. Will go back to him without hesitation.
