"Went to Avenida Pet Clinic"
"The Avenida market has a great mix of places to eat and places to buy goods"
"Really like the vibe here, it's nice coming later in the evening when it's not as busy"
"Lots of shops in this complex to go to"
"A little gem I found with my friends by accident"
Went to Avenida Pet Clinic... They offer services for small Animals which many clinics don't offer. Very Friendly Staff who love Animals. Vet was very thorough and showed my kids how to administer meds. Started off as a scary rush in visit but we all left in better spirits and Pepper is doing better already. Thanks Avenida Pet Clinic
The Avenida market has a great mix of places to eat and places to buy goods. I bought a multigrain loaf of bread and it was easily the best I’ve had. There are lots of unique vendors I haven’t seen at other markets. I’m from out of town but will definitely put this market on the list to visit the next time I’m in Calgary again!
Really like the vibe here, it's nice coming later in the evening when it's not as busy. Tried a few vendors, both Thai food place are awesome! Always love waffles and chix. Sometimes it's annoying when vendors try to lure you in with samples, I would just like to look at menus without the pressure of someone watching me.
Lots of shops in this complex to go to. Collective is a great craft beer shop that offers individual beer purchases, which is great for trying a bunch of new ones. The food hall is a perfect spot for a quick meal or to pick up dinner on a night when you don't have the time or energy to cook, or for a weekend meal.
A little gem I found with my friends by accident. Wanted to get artisans olives and stumbled upon food paradise. Everything smells good, food looks amazing, and they also have a mini market. Great little food Hall. Plus they have a place for you to sit and have a few drinks! I'm sold hahaha
Avenida Food Hall is a fun and different place to eat. Forgot to count but probably over 20 vendors from world wide menus. Very clean tables. With a "little" kids play area. 8 minutes walk from Canyon Meadows LRT, on East side. I tried the Bankok street food and was very pleased.
As good as beer gets!! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, constantly rotating beer selection, amazing Alberta West coast, and Canadian craft selection. Certain beers are also on tap and growlers available. If you are in Calgary and you like beer this is your new favorite place!!
Have lunch there and the food court has many different type of food that you can choose. Bought some black long grape and they are very sweet and the price is very reasonable. Since the farmers market on MacLeod Tr. close down, this one attract lots of traffic every weekend.
Lots and lots of food choices. Not much in the realm of venders for material items. It is basically a food court without the mall. But no big chain businesses all looks to be little mom and pop shop. Great place to try new foods from different cultures and or regions.
This is one of my favorite places in calgary to eat because of the selection. I have gone 5 or 6 times now and tried food from a different vendor each time. Most of them have been excellent. Prices can be high on some items but I find a lot if the food fairly priced.
First time visiting this new establishment and it's a great use of a empty retail space. New foods that go beyond the burger and fries places. All the unique eateries look amazing but I went with the Venezuelan food and (arepas and yucca fries) happy for it.
First time here and I must say its a very cool spot to try some food you only see in movies. A taste for every pallet. Fresh produce as well as a few neat shops. A very nice find for anyone local to Avenida. Try it out and you'll be pleasantly surprised.
Fun place to stop for a bunch of different food options. Some to stay and eat and lots of things to take home. Could probably use a few more chairs for people to stay and eat but it's always super busy and seems to be a nice addition to the area.
I love this spot. I am so happy that a place like this opened up here in Calgary. They offer fresh produce, organic meat, and with the various kiosks that offer fresh, high quality food from all around the world. My personal favorite is Que
I'd like to give this place a five-star rating because I like the shops so much, especially the Latin quarter near the South end of the market. If you like home cooking and local food products, this is a good place to come. It's a bit like
The food hall and farmers market have a lot of great restaurants and products. Bumbu grill has excellent food, if you like spicy ask for extra sambal. Pies from Wild Rhubarb and Buck are delicious and they often have free samples to try.
I like this place but do many shops and retailers have moved away, I use eaglesmed for my family doctor, if you can get a doctor you would be lucky, there is a pharmacy right next door which is super convenient and the staff there is
Always incredibly delicious food ... Love their tabouli and their meat is so tender. Great service .. Good Sheisha... Wonderful family run business. You get a quality experience, even though it's a bit pricey it is worth it for sure.
Just had our first trip to the Avenida food hall. Wow! So many great little shops selling meals, produce, and food items. We had a great coffee, loved the giant cheesy pretzel, and left with some vegetables that had proper flavor.
There are a couple food kiosks in this Fresh & Local Food Market that I frequent: A Taste of India which I've enjoyed for years and the newly discovered: Sabor a Peru: try their Arroz Chaufa. Absolutely delicious food experiences.
I really liked the food hall here! I really enjoyed my Indonesian bowl and cantaloupe milk tea. All of the other vendors looked great too, and I left with chipotle salsa, Saskatoon vinaigrette, and a huge slide of carrot cake.
Check out Collective! Amazing selection of beer! Super knowledgeable and friendly staff, every time! Love this place for a variety pack. Pies Plus, right across the parking lot. And a market definitely worth visiting too
What a gem. The large range of services (pies, beer, market, prosthetics, blood work, golf etc) keep it busy but not too crowded. I’m always surprised and happy when a store I need has a location here.
An incredible place to visit. Incredible food stalls, and some very interesting shops. Anybody can find something they like here. All the food is reasonably priced and delicious. I go here all the time
Love the new farmer's market. Fresh delicious produces, grass fed beef, organic eggs and it does not break the bank. Lots of foods from around the world and everything we tried so far was delicious.
Love all the local food spots inside, food was delicious. Also purchased some plants during my visit , so beautiful. Will be back for lunches with the family , nice variety of choices.
One of our favorite 3 or 4 restaurants in Calgary. Nice selection of wines, always great food, terrific service and all at very fair prices. What's not to love about this restaurant.
The Food Hall has a broad international selection of both ready-to-eat and take-home foods; also great selection of beautiful looking produce and at fair prices.
Collective is amazing. Such a great variety of different beers. You can do singles and have your own beer fest at home!! 10/10 highly recommend.
It has a medical lab which is fairly efficient and has plenty of parking. Suggest an appointment. Walk in wait times are generally about an hour
What an amazing experience! Delicious and authentic food, where you can stay and enjoy the evening with friends and family.
Fabulous food court. You can buy tons of specialty / ethnic groceries for cooking at home, as well as enjoy a nice meal.
Has restaurants, grocery shopping, small cozy shops, flower shops, sport shops and a relatively large food court
Went to the Farm Market and the Pie Place. Both excellent place's. Lots of variety. And really great food!!?
I would recommend you to visit this place specially if you like Latin America restaurants and products
I like this place, it’s always nice to go to. The shops are always great and the food is awesome
I only go to get my Awesome Jumbo eggs at the Farm Fresh outlet with the best service ever!
Good area for shopping and all kinds of other needs
They have beer...lotsa expensive beer.
