WHAT A JOKE THIS PLACE IS !! I booked through their website for high top van. Get there and they told they dont have it and tell me that I can rent a 3 ton truck instead. Anyways, since I did not have any option left I had to take it because I had to move house that day. Staff member TINO, omg I called him more than 8 times requesting for a receipt. and even to the day I never received it. On the other hand, when I returned the truck. He said it all good but some girl name Amy called me two days later saying i need refill the truck because it was not full. I told her how tino checked it, she said he just took my word for it and did not check it. Made me drive 40 kms from home to refill $4.80 worth of diesel which could have been used by them since I returned the truck 3 days ago. More than that they had the audacity to charge me for extra kms even though I told them that i had done 191 kms. Once again they said they did not check it when i returned the truck. WHAT A joke of a customer service. Can't email, Can't reply or assist properly. Ripping people off and not even telling them what we are getting charged for. NEVER GOING BACK THERE. THANKS FOR NOTHING TINO

After having a terrible experience at another branch where they gave me a dirty vehicle with a flat tyre I rang head office to sort this issue out and they quickly transferred me to the Caroline Springs branch. Emmie got in contact with me and quickly sorted out my issue she couldn't believe the way I was presented with the vehicle from the other branch and was super quick to locate another vehicle. Within the hour she called me back saying she has the large vehicle that I was suppose to pick up, emmie was an absolute pleasure to deal with she calmed the situation and had me back on the road within an hour such professionalism and attention to detail. Again thank you so so much Emmie and the staff from Avis Caroline Springs for getting me back on the road quick I will definitely be using this branch again. Regards Anthony

I got into two car accidents within the same fortnight. After the first accident my insurance company referred me to Avis and honestly, the customer service, the quality of the cars was exceptional. Of course, when I got into another car accident, I requested to be referred to Avis again. I was lucky enough to be served by Emmie. It's very evident that she cares a lot about her job because as I was waiting, I could see how hard she was working to make sure people were being provided with timely responses and she worked really hard to make sure people were provided with hte cars they wanted. Her customer service skills, organisation skills and her overall personality was exceptional. I will be a returning customer the next time I need to hire a car :)

The first day I contacted these guys, I knew that I’d found my go to for car rental. We needed a 12 seater for the day and everywhere I called not one person was helpful. When I spoke with Emmy, not only did she save the day but she made us feel welcomed. Then our next booking we met Ashley and he has to be one of the best blokes out there. The service is amazing and they look after you like family. I had my first accident not so long ago and Ashley assisted me through the process which made it stress free especially after I hit a kangaroo for the first time since living here ‍♀️ So, if you’re looking for a car rental that will treat you like a person instead of a number, go see Emmy & Ashley. I needed a car for a few days and after ringing around I found there wasn’t much to hire and the ones I found were very old too. Emily from Avis was so friendly and accommodating ! She organised a Toyota hybrid Camry which was so smooth to drive and very economical (that I’m thinking of purchasing one now!). He’s colleague was also very friendly when I picked it up and the process was so quickly I was back on the road again. As I wasn’t sure how long I needed it for the girls gave me flexibility to extend the rental period and that made it more affordable too. I HIGHLY recommend Avis Caroline Springs for you’re next hire car. I’m thinking to get one to drive interstate for the holidays.

I am not giving any stars and if i could leave a minus stars that would be five. They took money out of my account without permission un fact they were told not to. When contacted was abused by 2 staff members. Just so you know who i am talking it was tino. Have dealt with other offices they are not as rude and arrogant as the two people i spoke to were even when i explained i am a pensioner and had significantly overdrew my account and was going to affect me for a couple of weeks he raised his voice at me. So won't be using that office. But will be contacting headquarters thanks so much for permission tino.

A wonderful rental company. Lovely and thorough staff who helped me immensely with detailed requirements and precautions. Had a great customer service representative whom I spoke to over the phone and in person and made the process as easy as possible for myself. Absolutely amazing experience with Avis C.S I hired a Transit van for a job and hired here. I requested a new transit van which they had and they delivered by giving me one. It was amazing to drive was well looked after by Avis opposed to some other rental companies. I recently hired a vehicle at Avis Caroline Springs and I would like to acknowledge that the female staff member that served me was very professional and provided a high standard of customer service. She was friendly and went beyond her means to provide the vehicle that I required. She was informative as to my obligations in hiring one of their vehicles as it was my first time hiring. I would highly recommend this agency! The vehicle was new, clean and operated perfectly!

It was a Great Place, it had great Great Customer Service, along with really polite staff. The prices were great and affordable. They had a wide variety of vehicles, perfect for any occasion or need. Not only that, the vehicles themselves were kept in a great condition, giving you the feeling and smell of a newly bought car or truck. If I ever have a need to hire another vehicle in the future, Avis Caroline Springs would be my first preference.

Had a great experience using Avis at Caroline Springs. They were nice, easy to deal with and happy to extend our rental for over 8 weeks. AVIS Caroline Springs: Great service, just recently needed to relocate and needed a van within 12 hours. Picked up the same day as ordered, couldn’t have been happier with the customer service. Heading down the coast for a surfing trip next month and looking to hirer one of their utes for the weekend, highly recommend, the staff were super accommodating, go see them and they’ll sort you out!

I thought that the lady tried to sell me more expensive car but she was telling me the price including insurance which reduces access to 550 aud. I feel sorry that i give her a hard time. I filled the diesel at BP next to this AVIS rental and tomorrow I got message that it wasn’t filled and charged me $32 extra. And when I spoke to her( Amie) she was rude and didn’t know who to do customer services. This AVIS is really reaping off people and she had debited money from my account
