I have used this company only twice, and both times it was hassle free. But the second time I tried other companies and I had some issues and couldn't get a rental until I went to Avis and they were able to help me. Great company, great service, great prices and will definitely continue to use them and I highly recommend them.

The place was dirty, the person running the front desk was rude and didn't let me or my spouse get a word in trying to explain our situation. They clearly don't communicate with each other. I had rental to pick up TODAY and the man at the front desk told us that they don't do release rentals until Monday. This is upsetting.
