Staff are usually very helpful and easy to talk to. The library needs more signs, as it's easy to get a bit lost with what you're looking for. Not a huge range of books, but enough. I also feel uncomfortable with exploring, as there aren't many signs, and it's a bit of a small maze with all the corridors and passages. Not a good place to be after school time though, if you enjoy a quiet library, and don't like people bumbling around in a small space.

Hi, I have high praise for Maria and Adrian. I had important forms to fill out online and they helped me complete them. They were so patient with this oldie. They didn’t rush me, explaining everything, and so friendly. Both submission forms were successful. Thank you to them. Can’t wait for lockdown to be over so I can go back to the library to thank them.

You can learn basic computer skills assist by librarians, they can teach you the basic computer skills, eg, email basics, basic laptop skills, basic iPad skills, internet basics, check out their booklet of what's on at the library winter 2022, check their timetable for all these training sessions

I was very impressed with the great customer service I received yesterday. He took his time with finding what l needed on the computer then went to find it for me in the library. It was so nice to have someone so helpful. A very positive experience. Will definitely go back.

Well today I was at the library and one fo the library was very bad The others were really nice but one was kick me out of library and I hope she gets fired so the boss pls firer the preson that was really mean so go in the security camera and u will see my name is kourosh

Nice library. Very friendly. Very, very noisy. Even their quiet area is noisy. You can hear everything that happens in the library everywhere. Needs sound deadening, and for people to not have phone conversations in the foyer.

A clean and welcoming space. Every single staff member I have encountered has been lovely. Every single person is so helpful and takes pride in their work. I love spending my study days here, a great community space for all.

The library has a good collection of adult and children books, including audio. There are newspapers and books in different languages. Spacious for a local community and actually specialised in early childhood development.

Well equipped council library with great resources including activity rooms, computers, and of course plenty of books, magazines, and reference materials. Staff are very helpful and friendly with expert knowledge.

Came here several times during university to study. If there were no meetings staff were kind enough to let me use a small private room. The library is a decent size and very clean with natural lighting

Amazing place to take your toddler to toddler time at 10:15 on tuesdays. Maria and Dani are amazing with the kids. Kids are involved and engaged at all times. It's a great free activity for kids!!!

Small community library and learning space with free internet. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Ample parking space within the property.

I think it was poorly constructed - everytime there is heavy rain, the ceiling in the computer room caves in.
