DONT COME HERE. HORRIBLE SERVICE, WRONG PRICES, AND LIARS. I never write review but this place got me really upset. I was looking for my first car and I came in to check out a car on January 22, 2023. When I had first called the owner to ask if the car was still available, Froy said that the car was available for viewing, I could test drive it, and the price of the car was $7900. The car was a Chevrolet 2019 Spark Standard and Basic. I thought that the deal was great because it looked nice on CarGurus and Froy said it was low on miles with only 88,000 miles. I made my way to Reseda which is 25 minutes from where I live and I came to check it out. I greeted Froy with my parents and he showed us the car. The car looked good, there were a couple holes in the seats, scratches on the car, and paint chipping off. My dad was asking questions and we asked if he lower the price a bit to $7500 because of the scratches and paint and he said no because it wasn’t anything serious which I understand. Froy then tells me to test drive it. It was a little odd that he asked me to try it out because he didn’t ask for my license or insurance. I just went in the car and my dad came to and Froy didn’t even ask my dad those questions. Anyways, I drove the car around and I loved it. It was small, comfy, fast, and a good price. When we came back, we parked the car and I asked Froy again that the car was forsure $7900 and he said yes. We went into his office to check out the taxes and how much it would come out all together and he just sat at his computer. It seemed like he wasn’t doing anything because he said that he “didn’t” have access. I thought it was odd because he’s the owner and he should have access. He told us that he would call us back the next day saying the new price with taxes. 2:30 pm came around the next day and we hadn’t received a call so we called back and he said that the price was wrong and that CarGurus made a mistake. When I told him that the price of $7900 was there for weeks, he said that it was a 72 hour deal and I told him that I had screenshots on my phone with the “deal” and he kept on cutting me off. I decided to just end the call saying I wasn’t going to take the car and to always make sure to have the right prices before letting people leave because all we left his shop was with false hope and no car. Horrible Service and Liars!

Yes me and my wife purchased a 2013 Honda fit and I can say that the car was in good shape. Nice looking car small saves a lot of gas the people there were really great. Good price I’ll recommend anybody coming here to buy a car Hopefully they hook me up for my truck for my 2 purchase …
