I fell in love with this gym last summer. An excellent weight training gym with all the necessary equipment as well as reasonable pricing compared to those near Sapporo Station. The second floor is for stretching and do light calisthenics as flat mirrors are placed on the wall. You can also take a shower -with warm water- after working out. Despite my lack of fluency in Japanese, the owner and lifter friends welcomed me warmly every time I went there. If you are looking for a place to squeeze out your muscle with real lifters, I recommend you to hit the road and visit B-ONE gym. One thing you may be interested is that this gym plays reasonable musics for lifting; not those unacceptable ballads or folks. I once again appreciate the owner of the gym and look forward to meeting you again.

Website says to mention the web page and the first visit is free. When I went in, because my Japanese isn’t fluent yet, I was told they won’t honour the first visit free and tried to charge me ¥2000. For a bodybuilding gym I would expect more integrity for other bodybuilders. I don’t recommend this place and I would not support them.

Only gym I found were I could simply go train (without Japanese adress)! And it was not expensive. Super friendly owner!
