I was constantly being told that 2pm to 6pm were available, but when you are a mother of a toddler and made arrangements already, you can’t just change your schedule. I made my appointment 2 days prior and paid for it. If there was a party of 6 scheduled at the same time, you should have blocked that time, which makes me think that didn’t happen until after I scheduled my time. Now I was issued a refund because I asked for one, but I rather much had the massage I scheduled instead of asking to push my scheduled time back hours when I already had to find a babysitter for the time I originally scheduled. And I would not take all this time to write this just to make it up. I told the owner exactly how I felt. Pretty much my 75 minute appointment did not matter anymore, because a party of 6 came and just took my spot. So just be aware if you are planning something, a special occasion, a time to get away from being a busy mom, don’t consider scheduling at this place because you might not matter if 6 other people decide to take your time spot. Very unprofessional and all I was offered was to move my scheduled time to later in the day. My schedule does not work like that when I am first time mother who had to make arrangements for even the first appointment I made. And I told her I had to get a babysitter when I first called the place the day I scheduled my appointment online. I was asking about the different services offered. Why have an online scheduling system if clearly it didn’t work? No, it worked. A party of 6 called in their appointment and my appointment didn’t matter before. I hope you learn from this. So unfortunately there is my review. Too bad I didn’t have a great experience like the people who have recommended this place. So giving me a refund makes it all better huh?? Actually it doesn't. Now I’m off trying to find another place to have a better experience on a Sunday last minute because I DIDN’T MATTER. Definitely would not recommend this and the person I sent the day before I was suppose to go would not either. The appointment started 30 minutes late. We could not get in the same day, so I scheduled us two different days. That’s how much I wanted to support this place and give it a try. One more thing, I would have been a first time client but we see how that turned out. So you can read all that if you want, but clearly I’m not calling or scheduling anything for anybody or myself at this place again. Very poor communication and professional. And I might add, scheduling system.

I scheduled a dermaplane facial appointment for my girlfriend. To put it simply, we were disappointed and upset with the whole experience. My girlfriend arrived on time for her appointment, but to her surprise, the door was closed and there was no one at the front desk to greet her and check her in. After several attempts at knocking at the door and trying to find someone, she was finally attended for her facial. Lacreisha did a horrendous job with the dermaplane facial, which resulted in severe irritation and inflammation that is beyond what normal side effects would be, and severe cuts on the skin. Keep in mind that my girlfriend has perfect clear skin, however the photos show just how severe the damage was caused by the facial Both the inflammation and cuts still hasn't healed five days after the appointment. Throughout the whole process, my girlfriend was voicing her concern about her practices, from telling her that the mask is burning and to remove it, to washing her face with cold water, and rubbing off the mask using a towel with force. The facial left her face so badly burnt and damaged that she couldn't hold back the tears at the salon's bathroom. Looking at the state of her face, we talked to Lacreisha over the phone, which to our surprise, she deflected blame and claimed that the inflammation is normal even though the inflammation was not normal, and then switched to claiming that an outside effect caused the inflammation, such as dirt in air or a dirty pillow case, despite the fact that the face was like that right after the facial as she was paying the facial afterwards. We've never been so disappointed and appalled by an experience until this one. The quality control, product, service and customer service were all indescribably bad. Don't be lured by the high reviews and good location of this spa.

Let's call it unconventional as far as spa experiences go. Probably the perfect fit for plenty of people, just not my demographic. I would expect a much lower price point for what I actually experienced. I'm not opposed to forking over $300 for a spa experience but this wasn't it. We did 2 people each getting a turn on the jacuzzi table, the vibrating waterbed table (called utopia table on the website) and a massage each (total time for all 3 was 1 hour). The jacuzzi table is way less pressure jets than a normal jacuzzi. More like laying in a shallow bath with water spritzing at your sides. The utopia table is no different than my parents bed in the 70's. If you've never slept on a waterbed you aren't missing out. The low lighting seemed more dim to hide grime than relaxing. There were 2 random rose petals on the floor from someone else's experience that hadn't been cleaned up in between. The workers seemed very unsure of their procedures. One was admittedly training the other but neither seemed authoritative. My husband said his masseuse didn't offer enough pressure, mine was merciless even when I was flinching and whimpering. I almost stopped my massage. We were in the same room which wasn't very private. I could see them in the hallway through the cracks in the curtain while we changed our clothes so I'm sure they could see us. Neither of them inquired as to the acceptableness of the pressure at any point during the massage. Considering you also have to pay for parking and it's a cloak and dagger mission to get inside with the emailed door code and instructions. It's just not my vibe. But I wish you all the best.

Booked an appointment with a non-refundable deposit. When we showed up for the appointment, no one was there to do the service. The owner would not answer calls or text. No apologies offered or any attempts to make it right. Would definitely not recommend this place!! A REPLY TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE: What I am saying was true. The manager was there true, but SHE was then one that was trying to contact you while we were right there in your lobby and you would not respond. You knew the day before that the nail tech had quit. You could have informed us then that you only had one nail tech to service the 5 people in our party. As for the "comp" items, the gummies and the wine were received by the 3 individuals who actually paid for massages. Per your manager, these comps are offered to every customer. The hot stone massage was ordered by the one individual who received it when the package was originally booked. The manager stated that the birthday girl got a free additional service and SHE chosen the bamboo. As for us choosing to stay the two hours while waiting on those getting a massage, we had to wait. We rode in one care. When we originally booked the party of five, you said you could accommodate with no problem. When we arrived, there two massage therapist to do FIVE messages and no nail tech. Yet, all this was supposed to be done in a two hour time slot???

I have never felt so self conscious or embarrassed before. I will never recommend a wax here. I will never return. The day after service I have a large bruise in the one spot the lady was attempting to wax. I was advised that because I stopped the service and left a bad review that I was not allowed to be refunded for services not rendered. I requested a return call in an email that the manager stated she did receive but no attempt was made to contact me and because I left yesterday due to my embarrassing experience and said I was "fine" as I was running out that was apparently their attempt to rectify the situation. Not everyone is able to rectify a situation in the heat of the moment and needs to be able to collect themselves before being able to verbalize the issues. Again, horrible and inexperienced service as well as management. My negative review was due to the inexperience of the technician, not my pain tolerance due to it being 4 months since my last wax. I have been getting waxed for years and never had this level of experience and I did find an amazing place to fix, with absolutely no issues, what your salon did.

I wish there were more stars. Amber gave the best massage I have ever received and I have had quite a few over the years. This is going to be a long review but I want to describe my experience in a way that drags you along. The spa is located in an Art Deci building and the walls have amazing and original tile and silverwork. It is in a small space but they have made it feel intimate. Different rooms are devoted to the large array of services offered, each providing privacy. Amber greeted me warmly and gave me a brief tour. She told me about the benefits of membership, which are great, but did push the matter. She asked about any special areas in need and then I had a 2 hour massage. I had asked for Swedish and Amber did it beautifully, finding the knots and working them out while paying close attention to my discomfort level. Her approach is soothing, technically perfect and precise. I live in California but through the entire experience I was trying to think of excuses to fly back. What a great spa!!

B. Bliss Spa was a great, quiet find! The spa is a decent size for a new spot with four treatment rooms, a spot for mani/pedi, and barbershop chairs. Not sure if it's a full hair salon though. I tried a few different treatments that were unique to have in one place, in my opinion. The Utopia table is a must! Just know that some frequencies have their own music that might conflict with your Playlist of choice. It would have been great if the receptionist emphasized to read the email to the bottom for detailed instructions on how to access the suite. It took a minute to figure out how to get in. Also, there were a few other things to see, but I wasn't sure if all amenities on the tables were for spa guests or barbershop guests only. Also, some newer wrap robes would improve the experience. Mine was a bit worn and small. Also, I can appreciate the laundry room, but perhaps keep it closed while you have guests. Overall, it was a good experience and I would visit again! Thanks, Amber!

I cannot even begin to tell you about the patience and kindness of the team at B.Bliss Spa! I'm only in town for a conference and I LOVE to check out spas when I travel. I booked an appointment the night before (super easy, and the website is thorough!), I perused the social channels (HILARIOUS), and was SO excited to go. I messaged the B.Bliss team that things were running behind at the conference...and of course -- they sent a text back immediately!! They offered me so much grace and patience and even rescheduled for the same day.... OK, anyone reading this -- don't judge me, I somehow changed the time settings on my calendar and realized I totally screwed up again! Once more, the team was polite and empathic to me being a mess, I HAPPILY paid a small cancellation fee. I promise I'll figure out a reason to come back to Indy -- just so I can get to this spa. If they are this awesome before I walk in the door, I KNOW I'm going to have a magical spa day!

I hate people touching me. I hate it. And the only place I feel comfortable undressing is at home. Even the doctor's office makes me uncomfortable. But I had really bad back pain and arm pain that prevented me from sleeping in any position except on my back. I could hardly put on my bra. The medicines I had were merely bandaids. Out of desperation I sought a massage at Bambi's Bliss. Amber was professional from the start. Undressing was uncomfortable, but she assured me I would maintain my privacy throughout the massage, and I did. It was entirely professional...and relaxing. She targeted my sore areas and customized the massage to help me. I never considered why it was called massage "therapy" until it was over and my pain was completely minimized to the point that I could put on my bra without pain. Seriously, that was awesome. I highly recommend this place for professional massages.

I booked appointments for both myself and my friend. Brandi(y) and Ashley were awesome. From the time we entered until the time we left. The offered us coffee and tea, they got to know us and were very personable. This was my friends first massage and facial and my first facial. They met our needs in order to fit our schedule. I received a facial from Ashley, while my friend received her massage and we switched. I didn’t make an appointment for a massage, but was still able to benefit from the utopia table. It was awesome to get these services by women that looked like us as well as hear OUR music. In Indiana that’s few and far between. My time in Indy is dwindling, and I only wish I had found this place sooner! Highly recommend. My friend fell asleep during her massage and loved every minute. Our skin is glistening and youthful from the facial.

My first experience was enjoyable. My second one was not. I booked an appointment more than an hour before as indicated on the website. I arrived 5 minutes early no one was there. I called at the start time of the appointment. Received a text stating the therapist would be there shortly. I called 15 minutes and was told she was on the way. I waited 25 minutes total and asked for a refund as it was clear she is not coming. I asked for a refund of my deposit and received it immediately and a credit which I really do appreciate. However, I do not like feeling like my time is wasted and would suggest you do not offer within an hour appointments if you cannot provide that service adequately. Not sure if I’ll be returning to use the credit.

Amber was very professional and took great care of me by listening to my needs for a massage. She smoothed every knot especially those very pressing ones on my lower back and neck area. And the utopia bed. I will never not get a massage on a regular massage bed lol. Gift your friends, mother in law, husband wife, coworker, anyone they will appreciate the thoughtfulness. This was the best massage of all the places I have been too. B. Bliss is top tier and I’ll never go anywhere else.

Found Bambi’s Bliss through a Groupon for a 45 minute massage with a 15 minute meditation. I bought two sessions, one for my wife and one for me. The entire experience was WONDERFUL! We both loved it. During the scheduling process we received prompt responses via text messaging, and when there was a scheduling issue, it was resolved quickly. The massage experience was so relaxing. The Utopia Table added an unexpected and awesome dimension to the massage. The massage therapist did a great job finding problem areas and working on those areas. It was the most relaxing massage both my wife and I have ever had. Thanks so much! We can’t wait to do it again!

This was a special occasion I was celebrating so I looked for what is thought would be the perfect atmosphere, we drove from Noblesville so that is a 45 to an hour drive but I didn’t mind because the site described exactly what I was looking for but when I got there as soon as I enter there was a hallway with 2 blocked off with 2 divider ‍♀️Plastic rose petal that were almost like part of the gray floor this does saddens me because I payed 285 so I could give my husband the perfect gift the candle lit room none existent, candles were not lit on the happy note the ladies were very nice and profesional but now enough to come back

Found Amber on Groupon and was delighted to discover she is also in The Stutz like I am. Tried out the Nap and Nirvana with a Cupping add on. I have NEVER experienced such bliss! Best. Massage. I’ve. Ever. Had. The Utopia Table is probably the cherry on top! I cannot imagine a massage on a traditional table now. At the end of my massage she covered me up with a weighted blanket and I slumbered for probably 15 minutes, drooling and all lol I woke up feeling like a new person! I am absolutely getting a membership and I high recommend you pay her a visit and you will want to do the same! :)

Booked the Blissed Off Couples Massage for our 1 Year Wedding Anniversary this past weekend. Everyone was so nice, and the massage was great. We got CBD Gummies, Wine, 3 Add Ons, and our choice of music. This was my husband's first massage ever and he said he felt so relaxed. The plan for the rest of the day was to go find some stuff downtown to do but we were so relaxed that we just went back to the hotel and went straight to sleep. 10/10 would highly recommend. Amber is amazing and always courteous and professional. I have been on a monthly membership package with her for some time now. You can tell that she really cares about her clients and their well-being, which is why I keep coming back! There are several add-ons that you can have during a massage- I especially like the hot stones in the winter (or anytime!) and the Thai poultice. The spa facility is in a historic building so it has a unique layout with a lot of charm.

I needed a ME day, I found this by googling jacuzzi spa's, I saw they had a jacuzzi tub experience. That is exactly what I was looking for. I choose an add on of a scalp rub with peppermint oil. The whole experience was soooo nice!! The jacuzzi tub was soooo relaxing, I got a cup of wine too. I loved it. The scalp massage was amazing! Today I feel so re-energized. Lacreisha was so nice and comforting. Her vibe was spot on! I will be back for sure

Jamie was very good. She took the time to ask questions and took the time to target my areas of pain. She was very engaging and instinctly knew when to remain quiet so you can relax. It was amazing how she was able to simultaneously and effortlessly perform services for my Mom and I with the care as if she was working with only 1 client. I was in downtown Indy for a conference and decided to treat myself to an evening at the spa. I booked the #whitenoisewasted package with Lacreisha. It was AMAZING! I was able to be stress free for two hours. The jacuzzi table was fabulous, thr massage was perfect and my personal favorite was the facial. My skin is still glowing. I’ve been to many spas of all kinds- in Chicago - big chain, hotel spas, and boutique spas-- but I was pleasantly surprised that the massage technique in this spa is one of the best, relaxing, and rejuvenating i’ve ever had! Would definitely go back to this boutique spa for massage when I visit Indy.

Amber was AMAZING! Best experience I’ve had by far, I highly recommend. The environment is quiet and peaceful, the Jacuzzi bed is very relaxing and the Utopia bed is like floating on air. In general I’m a very tense person and Amber applied the perfect amount of pressure to work out all of the knots and kinks without it being painful. I was so impressed that I purchased a membership.

The services were great. The place is odd. Not your typical spa. A few things that made my experience great. -After the massage I didn’t have to get up and move rooms to get the facial. The aesthetician came to me. -I text the number on the website to make a reservation. It was quick and easy and I was able to get a last minute appointment. -Both service providers were lovely!

I’m from northeast indiana and My husband and I had been wanting couples massages for our anniversary again and I booked them at B Bliss! So easy to get to. So easy to book. It’s gorgeous! Locating the office was difficult, then the therapist was 15 min late, the room was very dungy, the heating blanket did not work, the music was way to loud. I was scheduled for a deep tissue massage and that was not what I received. Very unhappy about my experience, I would recommend looking into a different massage therapist office.. B.Bliss was definitely the best massage therapist I’ve had! I’m in town for a business trip and wanted to reward myself with a massage so she got me in last second. The waterbed massage table is worth it!! Driving so much and having multiple sclerosis is tough on my body. I needed it and you probably do too! Lol Don’t hesitate to book.

While the young lady who did my massage and facial was very nice, both services were just okay. Both of the ladies that provided our massage were professional and kind. This was our first massage, and we could not have had a better experience.

This place looks like anything but a Spa. No spa music, no spa smell. The attendant was walking w socks and piles of dirty towels visible in a corner. The therapist was good and professional, however the experience was quite weird. They only reason I stayed was because I prepaid for the service.

What a great bunch of women… got a terrific massage in a beautiful old art deco space dating back to the time of John Dillinger! I am looking forward to taking my husband and my son for a massage as a family -(not lined up together, in separate rooms)- because I think they will enjoy it so much!

Scheduled a session for my wife on a quick weekend trip. The location is great and masseuse did a great job, but be warned that this is not a high end “spa” in terms of facilities and overall atmosphere. Putting it bluntly, it seemed like they jammed some spa equipment into a cold office space.

These ladies are professional without being stuffy, chatty without talking your ear off, and kind and considerate always. They have extra add on items to their massages that I've never seen anywhere else. If you're in downtown Indy for a visit or live nearby, schedule a service with this spa!

Amber and Jamia are wonderful! My massage was exactly what I needed, the waterbed table is so comforting. The jetted tub, body scrub, and facial were beyond relaxing. Both ladies were an absolute delight!

Amber is super friendly and receptive to feedback throughout the experience. I recommend the deep tissue massage to melt through your knots. Her hands will wake up the muscles you forgot existed haha.
