Decided to give this bar a try in the afternoon. Not a very warm and inviting atmosphere. The food took a little while but eventually it wasn't to bad. Thought of what I expected from a hotel kitchen. We sat in the outdoor area on a colder day. All 3 mushroom heaters out of gas. The whole area needs a clean, the lounges are covered in cob webs, dust and dirt around the windows with lots of fingerprints and grime on the doors. The fabric from the seating area could use a clean or refresh. The bar attendant did not come once to see if we were ok. The wine was well enjoyed. Overall the food was the saving grace. But definately this bar needs a clean.

We had nibbles from the Bar Tapas menu as we weren't very hungry and it was just enough for us. We ordered the smoked salmon croquette and the crispy spiced chicken tenders with peri peri sauce. The food was a little lack lustre and oily but the ambiance picked up the slack. We must have come on a good luck night as there was live music and this talented guitarist and singer enticed us into the establishment in the first place. Sitting on the balcony listening to the live music sipping drinks wasn't a bad way to spend an Saturday evening in Parramatta.

A gathering for a small reunion had us visit this bar. The staff were very accommodating and polite. Helped us organise seating to keep us all together in a great space. The food options were plenty however the food wasn't fantastic. Prawn pizza had 3 small prawns on it and the arancini was quite small in size. Option of beverages was great. If you are stopping here for a drink and catch up, this is a great place however maybe other dining options should be considered.

I have been here many times for family birthday’s and the food is excellent and the staff are amazing and friendly! Had lunch here on Saturday 28th, celebrating my sister’s birthday and once again the food and customer service was outstanding. Thank you Candy, the duty manager and all the staff who came out with a surprise cake for my sister and all sang Happy Birthday - we had an awesome time. Janine

We went in here for a quick beverage before dinner on a Saturday night. There were a few people in the bar at the time. The decor is smart, modern and chic, but the vibe is a bit sterile. It didn't seem like the kind of place you'd want to linger. It would be a good place to meet if you were staying a the Park Royal, but I wouldn't hang around in here.

We had arranged some post wedding drinks at Bar 30 at the end of November 2016. We dealt with Josh who was more than happy to hold a large area for us with no minimum spend etc required. Honestly, there was a time at Bar 30 - Park Royal Parramatta when they used to serve excellent Tapas, Bar & Finger Food some years ago… now they provide 3 King Prawns only on a itsy bitsy bed of salsa… bruschetta with no tomatoes & onions & old stale calamari not even crumbed… all for top $$$….. very disappointing …

We were surprised by the quality (good) of our lunch. The chicken burgers we had were tasty with fresh ingredients and the flavors went well. Service was a little slow but overall it didn't impact my rating here. If you are a hotel guest you should try this place if you don't have the chance to get into town.

We went for high tea. It was a lovely assortment of yummy food. We also did the one with bottomless mimosa and it was well worth it. Perhaps a bit of background music would be nice but all in all pretty good.

A delicious and affordable eggs benedict, good coffee and my plate of bacon was scrumptious. The staff were courteous and attendant, following social distancing regulations. Availability of your a la carte menu online would be great, especially during quarantine.

Waited over half an hour for our food to come out and the waiters were unreachable. The Pappardelle Pasta had no seasoning at all. It just tasted like eating cooked pasta by itself with some diced tomatos and red onions chucked in. We

We went here for lunch from work, group of 8. After 45 minutes still no sign of our food, nobody to find in the bistro area for follow up. Food finally arrived. Meals itself were ok, but overall experience let down by delay/service.

Service was non-existent when we went with a party of 9 people. For a 'bar', not really a good selection on offer.

The restaurant buffet cost $69.95 and the food was not great at all. The 2 stars is bar 30 had amazing cocktails and great atmosphere. Perfect place to have starter drinks after dinner

We weren't that hungry and shared a pizza, it was just right. Ordered at the bar, had a beer and charged to room. Lovely staff, everything was good.

Negronis & tommys margarita ordered. both were terrible. the staff had no idea how to make basic cocktails. beer and wine were fine though

Sadly no ambiance feels like a waiting room definitely not a destination bar just some where to have a drink while you wait for your room

To be fair, it was the first day after lockdown finished. Service was slow probably due to new staff, not sure. Overall not bad though.

Don’t waste your time coming here for Parra Lanes, they can’t even seem to make the drink described on the information pamphlet.

An average visit on a Sunday. It was very quiet. Minimal service and the menu very limited. I would not bother again. More
