Purchased a piece of jewelry from Bello Cresta about 7 months ago. Sent it back as the diamonds started falling out. They happily replaced it without failing to mention that THIS TIME they would cover the cost. It's been 3 weeks, I've worn the piece twice only and even more diamonds have fallen out. Such poor quality craftsmanship. Now i know what the "this time" comment was all about. Spend a little more money and stick to Browns or Bellagio. So disappointing!

Terrible customer service culture! Insisted on selling me products that clearly cannot fit and then refused a refund because 'watches are sensitive products'. Underwear maybe..not a watch. Terrible experience! Waste of money
