After a distressing incident, I reached out to them for help, and they assured me that their tow truck would arrive promptly. However, as the hours dragged on, it became evident that their commitment to their customers was nothing more than lip service. Despite numerous calls and inquiries about their whereabouts, BMJ Auto Collision and Towing failed to provide any meaningful updates or explanations for their no-show. This lack of communication only added to the frustration and anxiety of an already stressful situation. I strongly advise against relying on BMJ Auto Collision and Towing for any emergency towing or collision assistance, as they have demonstrated a shocking lack of accountability and customer care.

I got into an accident on the 26th of September. Ryan, the owner, told me that the repair work would be completed by Tuesday the 8th of October. Radio silence. I called on the 8th to check on the car and am told that the car won't be ready until Thursday. On Thursday I call and they tell me definitely by Friday. I drive down to the shop on Friday. Car is not ready. To "compensate me for my inconvenience" they say that they will deliver the car to me later that day. They don't. Then they say Saturday morning. Saturday at 3pm they say they aren't coming, but the car will be ABSOLUTELY be delivered Monday (today) morning. My wife and I call and text over the weekend and Monday morning to confirm the delivery. No response. It is now Monday afternoon and I STILL do not have my car. Still no responses to our calls or texts.

This not only affected the aesthetics but also raised concerns about safety and long-term reliability. Additionally, there were issues with my insurance claim, which seemed to have been mishandled by the team at BMJ Auto Collision. The lack of transparency and the apparent dishonesty regarding the parts used and the overall service provided by the team, including Ryan, left me dissatisfied and inconvenienced. I would caution others to thoroughly inspect and clarify all terms before entrusting their vehicle to BMJ Auto Collision.

Took my car to BMJ by referral for some repairs after an accident - super happy with how it turned out! All staff were friendly, helpful and kept me informed every step of the way with text updates/calls from Ryan the owner very professional stand up guy. He even went the extra mile & checked out a non-accident related dent that I’ve been looking to get fixed, explained what needs to be done & gave me an honest estimate. Thank you for the awesome work! Will definitely refer anyone looking for work done to their car BMJ services were fast and efficient. Everything went smooth and solid. The service here is disgusting. My car was towed beautifully, but the work done on my car was incomplete. I received much attitude from the workers when I was very patient with the concerns that I had. The young owner gives smart remarks that are uncalled for whenever given a reasonable concern/question. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here. I’ve had my car worked in for months just to have to consistently come back to the shop to get it refixed and deal with the bad customer service. The job was also super expensive. I will not be coming back, I’ll rather go to the mechanic I am use to.

My heavy SUV was dead beyond power-boost - parked at an angle, in a tight spot. Neither AAA nor private tow companies could get it out. BMJ was the only towing company who had the upscale equipment to get it out and onto their truck. Joey, the expert, was amicable and competent, assisted by Ronald, a great team-player. Moreover, Joey always answered his phone, as did the company manager, Ryan; every single time I called.. The car was safely delivered to my mechanic I wish you luck in any decision, but personally, I would unequivocally recommend BMJ to anyone!

I was involved in a car accident was recommended by friend at first I thought I was going to get quality work and everyone was so friendly after 2 weeks and a few days later a huge dollars many on a rental my car was not repair accordingly to what was said I have been chasing them for weeks now and no response from the owner, just to think I was going to recommend my friends to this place never will I put them through this stress they were fast to take the payment.. never will I recommend this place

I've dealt with BMJ 2 time's and both occasions they have met my expectations. Customer service couldn't get any better, Ryan took the time out to call me everytime updating me on the status of my vehicle making me feel extremely comfortable. The finishing work was great! No complaints what so ever, I've even recommended BMJ to friend's and family and they too were satisfied. I will continue bringing my vehicle to BMJ going forward if I am to have any issues to my vehicle.

My car got swiped while I was on the highway. The companies my insurance suggested didnt have any upcoming appointments to bring my car in. My auto dealer told me to call BMJ and I'm soooooo glad I did. Excellent customer service from the moment I got there(I was so rattled they filled out my ppwk for me and offer to drive me to the car rental place). I got my car back looking and smelling brand new like the day I brought it. Highly recommended!!!!!!

They get the 5 stars insurance told me my truck was a total loss after I crashed in the snow storm on the i95 last winter she was hit really bad all around front to back even the sides ..but just look at her now Ryan and his staff are amazing and they didn't over charge like most shops thank u guys for bringing dreams back to life ❤️

This is the worst place to bring your car I am disappointed and disgusted by the work that was done on car my car I have to fix the bumper , they are missing parts, the trunk doesn't close properly and paint on the black part of bumper. BMJ is my go-to body shop. They took care of the dent I had and also did really good rim repair. The staff worked with my insurance and made sure I paid the lowest price. Ryan and his team are the real deal and I definitely will go back if I ever need anything for my car.
