Many past Employee's of this Bank leave after a short term due to one particular Upper Level Manager who discriminates against male Employee's and makes for a hostile work environment. His last employer, Chase Bank was sued by former employee's due to multiple violations of Employment Law as well as FRAUD. How such a lawless person can remain in Upper Level Management (especially with a Criminal Record) is mind boggling. But sometimes making money is all a bank cares about.

Worst banking Karen experience. Lost my wallet so no license, but had my US passport... The manager and the Karen represent was suspicious of the signature and the fact that i didn't have the driver's license really sent them over the edges .... They called the customer, that verified everything but still wouldn't cash the check..... Then they refused to let me withdraw money from my own account because "something just wasn't right". 45 minutes gone

Not a very good experience so far trying to take advantage of an online incentive to open a new account. However a woman named Juana De Row at this location did some work trying to help me so it's not all bad. If you are thinking about opening a new account to get a $250, just make sure you read all of the fine print.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would have. This is the worst experience ever! We're new to this bank - tried setting up online banking and it won't recognize the log in and locked out. I've currently made several calls to get it resolved. Currently on hold for almost 2 hours!!! I'm ready to refinance elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a functioning business. Intentional phone call hang ups, unable to locate their own site documents, zero collaboration with other banks to release or process funds. DO NOT GO HERE

Terrible bank. They are so slow with bad customer service and always have one teller. Its 1230pm and only had one and turned me away from depositing because they had someone in front of me who will take awhile. What??
