Broken ATM took my money , still in dispute 800 euros .. This has been my bank of 10 years … shameful UPDATE: This morning , the 10th day of this dispute . I called the bank and spoke to my representative . She said she had done all she could . So I literally cried on the phone begging her to call the ATM company until she got a response as I was desperate. She took my information. Then , after leaving this review on GOOGLE , the bank manager emailed me . He was very courteous and after asking me to repeat the same information I gave his colleague , he assured he would handle it . And this afternoon I received the credit finally. I would have appreciate this attention the day of the incident . I am just relieved. I don’t feel comfortable using those atm and will go to another location next time I need to withdrawal . . Thank you to those who helped . It is in the banks best interest to resolve the issues they have with the 3rd party ATM company.
It's a scam! During my holidays I used this ATM and it took money from my bank account but didn't give me any cash! No receipt, no confirmation, nothing! The day after I came back and I spoke with a woman in bank - she told me: "no worries, its normal, you will have your money back on your account within a month" - and she showed to me a paper with listed all failed transactions of the ATM. There was also mine so it calmed me down a bit. It was 5th of June. I still don't have my money back! Its a stealing! Avoid this ATM, its a scam!
La mia esperienza è stata molto positiva. La sig.ra Roberta non solo è stata gentilissima, ma ha saputo risponde a tutte le mie domande. Mi ha consigliato con grande professionalità nonostante fossero solamente due di turno, lei e sua collega. ( tutti gli altri sono in ferie, dato che siamo ad agosto) Mi ha aiutato molto e mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio. È stato veramente un piacere inaspettato esser stata consigliata da una professionista così capace e gentile . 5 stelle e lode !!!!
ATM didn't work and charged us anyway. Inconvenient while traveling internationally, since we weren't able to withdraw cash elsewhere due to limits. Edit: we went in on Monday (it was a Friday when the ATM didn't work), and they were rude / unhelpful. We are back home from our trip and still disputing this charge, which should have been cancelled on BNP's side. Avoid!!
Esperienza assolutamente positiva. Ho avuto un problema importante non dipendente da loro e mi hanno aiutato in tutto. Sono cliente dal '98 e mi sono sempre trovata molto bene, ma nell'ultimo periodo la loro assistenza non posso che definirla ineccepibile. Prendendo appuntamento, poi, i tempi di attesa si riducono all'essenziale.
Grandissima disponibilità e gentilezza unita a totale professionalità e competenza! Un particolare grazie poi alla Sig.Alfano, che queste qualità ha espresso al meglio insieme ad una enorme pazienza x risolvere il problema operativo di cui ero portatore
PESSIMO Personale PESSIMO Sembra che considerino il cliente un disturbo. Lunghi tempi d'attesa e servizio inefficiente a dir poco. Nonostante la vicinanza di questa agenzia dalla mia abitazione mi si è reso indispensabile cambiare.
A random guy in the bank just told me go online to open account because it’s more complicated and taking longer time….. or maybe just annoying him to do his job! To avoid completely!
Pessimi. Prendere appuntamento per poi aspettare comunque un'ora non va bene. La signora prima di me aspettava pure da 1,5 ore.
Worse back ever, they change policies without notifying you. Also charge foreigners about 300 euros in bank fees annually
