Up to END November we had a Fully operational Service Station in JH Dr. Diagonally opposite a New BP Service Station was completed Come 1 December the Operational Service Station CLOSED The New BP service station has not opened TO DATE The nearest BP SS from us is about 3km away Inconvenient Loss of employment Loss of PnP Smart Card Benifits Loss of Loyalty to BP BP SUCKS BECAUSE BP DOES NOT CARE STUFF BEE AND SUCKING UP TO THE ANC AND GOVERNMENT WORRY ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS

Did not realize that business was so good at your filling station. Just visited there (5pm) Saturday 10th August 2019. Three guys at the pay counter. One other serving the only other customer. Were having some conversation with the filling guy one leaning on the counter. Stayed there for a full three minutes being completely visible and no one paying any attention. Started vehicle up drove off slowly still no reaction. GREAT SERVICE. Hope you address.

Carwash is the worst, my car had to be washed twice and it is still dirty. Rather go to kampara Carwash. It's cheaper, better wash but unfortunately it's in Clare estate, but worth the drive. R90 for a half job Carwash is not worth it. ***STAY AWAY GUYS!!!*** New management is needed. Across village market is another Carwash will be trying that next but never again BP Carwash next to super spar. I only came here because they accept cards.

First time and most definitely the last time at this car wash, very pour quality for the amount charged for a full house (half job) seemed like they are under staffed, the person assigned to my vehicle was in between washing mine and moving cars around asked for manager of the facility but nothing. Such a pitty leaving and wondering how many others are disappointed with the service.

The male african cashier was rude and discriminated me on Human Rights Day. All because of a paper which I ended up buying there. I was disappointed as I have been a loyal customer there for years. Pathetic service by that cashier. We had an unnecessary long argument for nothingIf I was white he would've respected me and because I'm black he saw a vulnerable man.

As a place to get petrol this place is average... service is often lacking and disgruntled which is sad because it used to be fantastic... Maybe it's got something to do with the manager who seems to think that screaming at staff members across the forecourt, in front of customers, is acceptable...

Very friendly staff members, they always greet me with a smile. Also noticed they rent trailers as well which is good to know. Their burger pies are awesome and their shop has everything you need. Another cool thing to know is that they also have a car wash so this place is a full service station!

The petrol attendant had a lot of attitude this morning when I wanted to put air in my tyres as it was raining. I always purchase my fuel from this garage as I work nearby. This is not the type of service that is needed. Staff training on customer service is needed.

The shop is poorly stocked, shelves are dirty, customer table top had nor been wiped down or cleaned, and the upholstery on the bar stools are torn and tattered. So unfortunate how much this store has collapsed as they make amazing toasted sandwiches.

Please sort out your Wild Bean Cafe. Get a proper barista who can make drinks, as there is a Pick n Pay employee sitting behind serving absolute garbage, who hasn't the faintest clue what she is doing. Can't even make a simple hot chocolate.

We have a fuel account here and this has been our fuel home like for many years now. The staff came and go but our relationship has never suffered because of the bond we have. BP Auto House, thanks for all the memories. You are the best

Worst car wash I've ever been to. 2 hours to get through 5 cars. Laughing at at a lady in front of me when she said the job isn't done correctly, then ended up dinging my door on another car. Won't ever support them again...

Car wash is very good here. Wild bean cafe is also very good with their drinks however do be certain to check expiry date on any food purchased there. I have made the mistake of biting into spoiled food on two occasions.

Not the liveliest bunch of guys I've come across.Not a patch on the chaps at old BP garage at Village Market who automatically washed windscreen.
