Worst bottlo I have ever been to. Went here during Xmas heat wave on way home with two bags of gifts to buy 6 wines and a case of beer to put in a taxi. They had no trolleys. Every time I brought a wine to the counter as I couldn't carry 6 wines and the bags, the young guy behind the counter kept ringing them up despite being told I had more to buy! Eventually got everything to the counter and asked for a box to put the six wines in and got scowled at by the supervisor who had watched me put them there and grumbled something like" I suppose we'll see what we can do...! At this stage there were now three staff behind the counter. With no trolleys and after spending $140 at this BWS in the Xmas spirit, the three wise men working here offered no help to carry them and dead set stood looking at me as I had to pick up my shopping then place a box of 6 wines onto a case of beer and haul the lot out to the pavement in 40 degree heat and put it all into a taxi myself. BWS - Bloody Worst Service.

This BWS store has a smaller selection than usual, due to its physical size. For example, they only stock the 750ml bottle Stone's Green Ginger Wine and not the 1.5L bottle, which annoyingly often means they don't do the same 2-for specials as other BWS stores. Staff are friendly and they usually have an on-duty security guard.

BWS Good store with helpful staff. There must be some scum around sometimes as they have to have permanent security guard and they limit the sale of cask wine. Not that I buy that. As a further deterrent they don't keep really cheap wines. Makes sense but a shame, businesses have to do such things because of human detritus.

I was shopping today with my husband and was served by jed..his service was fantastic as was his enthusiasm!!! I would shop here again and again as he is fab !!!! Even upsold us a 10 dollar deal..well done ;))

Great location, products, but staff less than efficient....one in particular always makes it seem a chore to serve you...if it wasn't conveniently close, would go to Unley wher ed they are very good.

This place is okay. You obviously go there for a product and it's not a bad range but it's nice to have good service in the process. The staff there border on boring/disinterested.

Found what we were looking for!! Plenty to chose from...... just needed a bottle opener - last time I purchased this cider it was a screw cap........yep been awhile!!!

Bought a bottle of vodka, as i walked out the paper bag broke and the vodka smashed and spilt everywhere. Apparnelty the store doesnt have a refund policy. $32 gone

Just your run-of-the-mill BWS bottle, however the customer service was excellent and the staff were profession and friendly.

Yup, does what it's supposed to do; sells you booz! And as Humphrey Bogart once said: "I've never met a bar I didn't like".

Don't know if it's racism but I whenever I walk in get a blank stare and no hello or smile. No enthusiasm in the service.

Very handy parked right off street at the front door. Huge selection. We bought Pino grigio and proseco. Helpful staff.
