Delivery service is a joke. I'm in my 40's and the driver(in his 20's) refused to give me my order because I didn't have any photo ID. So no drinks for the evening and now I'm going to have to wait up to 5 days for a refund from BWS because of a stupid policy that other places don't have. After having this bad experience, and seeing their poor resolution process, i won't be using BWS again. (The lady at the store was nice but she couldn't do much from her end)

Friendly staff, great prices. Don’t know why I always went to Dan Murphy’s. The staff at BWS Croydon were chatty, friendly and helpful, including a younger female who may have been called out in a negative review 6 months ago, not sure why? She was 10/10 as was her colleague.

great helpful staff but like many outlets lowenbrau beer..a fantastic white & dark beer is not available..the new Asti spumanti is "rubbish" compared 2 the original..but is expensive..i still recommend them.

Rather large BWS with a big floor space stocking the usual BWS range. Plenty of on-site parking spaces, friendly staff and is usually pretty quiet since the new motorway was finished bypassing it.

Good customer service no matter the attendee. Product knowledge is high. I only wish they had some more 'out there' beers. Too many one off craft beers floating on the shelves more and more IPA.

I used to go there for last 16 years and I was very happy with the service but recently 2 new employees are there and they have no idea what customer service is. A young girl who is very rude.

A little on the small side, they don't carry all types of beer (no full strength iron jack). However, customer service attendants are great - always very helpful and cheerful.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. They offered me assistance with my choice of wine. The transaction was put through quickly with no effort. Great ladies that served me.

Awesome staff, walked to it one day started raining and was given a lift home by a staff member that had just knocked off, amazing

Rang our drinks up separately then cancelled us at the checkout. Poor service, ugly store. Refused service. Never come here.

Has a coin counting machine which I think is awesome lol dosnt say much for the typical customers of the area though
