I Paid For my furniture in November 2017 with a scheduled delivery date of Jan 1st . They never showed up and didn’t call , I had to call them and the employee said he doesn’t know the reason they didn’t deliver it l. I went into the location the next day to get an answer as to why I didn’t get what I Paid For . I was then told they didn’t feel comfortable delivering my furniture , but the delivery was scheduled for between 10am-2pm , then they blamed it on the weather after going back and forth the manager they gave me a discount and a promised delivery date of Jan 6th . Well today is Jan 6 and it’s 6:14pm and I still don’t have the furniture I Paid For , after being yelled at and disrespected by the manager about my stuff I paid cash money for I asked for my order to be canceled. The manager then hung up in my face. This was first and last time doing business with BADCOCK and I will be reporting this matter to the better business bureau , because as a new paying customer this was beyond horrible customer service

I was in need of some new furniture so I was insane enough to brace Black Friday. Badcock wasn't that bad for Black Friday. The staff was very attentive and eager to answer questions. The sales lady was very helpful in steering me directly to what I wanted. The selection seemed better than other places for electric lift assisting lounge type chairs. Most places had 1 or none at all on the floor, they had 3 of them. The only reason for taking a star away was that I had to fight with the tablet when doing my credit application. I ended up having to do it in paper and the lady had to enter it in. I was so aggravated that I wanted to walk out but flagged down help instead.

I purchased a $3000 bedroom set in July. Less than 6 months later I was having problems with the dresser drawer. I contacted Badcock and they were nice enough to arrange for the repair man to come to my home and fix the drawer. Here it is 4 weeks later and I am still waiting. For 4 weeks, every Friday an appointment was made and the repairman never called or showed up. Once he even said he came by and nobody was home. Which was untrue. So where am I at now? Another attempt at making an appointment. Nope cancelled everything. I will not shop at this store again and will also tell my friends and family not to either, simply because they don't honor their word.

I'm taking my 5 star review down to a 3. I love the customer service at this location, but the warehouse they use botched my order. The only thing I ordered was 4 chairs and the base of a table. Everything seemed to be fine up until the delivery. The delivery guy arrived yesterday and they didn't even have the base of the chairs or the suction cups for the base of the table for the glass to sit on. They couldn't do anything and now I have to wait another week to get my items. I already arranged for someone to pick up my old set once we confirmed that the delivery guy was on his way. Just a major inconvenience.

I bought many items at the main street location.im in the process of moving and went in to purchase a bedroom set and a living room set. Our sales person who was Bobby Brown , helped us to choose what we purchased. He was very patient, non pushy , and very friendly. He is the reason i came back to buy again I highly recommend anyone who needs any thing, to come and ask for bobby. He is awesome ! I love the atmosphere and i love the way i was treated. I could have went any where else, but it is people like our sales person Bobby, who earns my business. PEOPLE BUY PEOPLE, NOT PRODUCT !

Originally I was going to use an alternate purchase program (Snap) that would’ve allowed me to purchase merchandise from Badcock, but after viewing the terms and conditions associated with Snap I changed my mind. I called the store and informed them that I no longer wanted to use Snap and that I’d rather just use their in house financing. It was no problem at all!! I was able to still get the items I wanted but with a much better finance rate and better terms. Everything worked out great, and I was very pleased with the customer service I received. Azilee was awesome!!

Porsha is very knowledgeable and a great sales person. The problem occurred after my dad lift recliner was delivered and the drivers left without showing my 81 year old dad how the chair operates Nevertheless, the following day someone was sent back out . We then was told the motor was out in the chair. Keep in mind we only had the chair for one day. The kicker was they ask us to return to the store and select another chair. I explained that was the only chair my father wanted. No compensation for the inconvenience. I pray no other elderly person is treated this way.

they had a promotion for a 250.00 gift card with a min purchase. bought the required amount and was told the gift card would be mailed in app 6 to 8 weeks after 8 weeks no gift card arrived so card store and was told to call the corporate office. Called Corporate store and was told all gift card for that promotion expired on 07/31. HOW COULD I USE IT IF NEVER RECIEVED IT.. So was told no replacement would be sent sent it had to be used by the exp date. Think this was a scam just to get you to by more furniture. Buyer Beware of this Company....

I'm happy to see that this company is still family owned and operated. I needed a living room set pretty soon and Sabrina the Sales Associate made sure I was taken care of. She worked with me every step of the way. The process was painless and quick. My furniture arrived in tact with no damages. Great customer service at this location....Despite the questionable neighborhood. I referred a few friends to this location specifically due to my great experience. Ask for Sabrina!! She's amazing!

My son purchased a 45 inch tv from the store on main St. and all I have to say is the services we're terrible. The staff was very rude and when we picked up the tv it was the wrong one had to call corporate about that. In all I'm making this very, very short comment reason, it would take dam near all day to really finish this comment about these people and their services. They are really pitiful the staff is so, so rude and ignorant...my advice, stay away please.

I visited the store January 5. and my experience with Badcock Furniture located at 6521 N. Main Street in Jacksonville, Fl. was EXCELLENT!!! My sales representative was Mr. William Pray. The ENTIRE staff was friendly, EXTREMELY professional and attentive to their customers. I will definitely recommend Badcock Furniture to everyone. Not good. I have complained once a month to get my delivery complete from around August 2017 till now, February 2018, and still being told that there's a service call in the system for my mirror, which the clerk said was never ordered. I waited until probably November for the furniture anyway. With the same thing, you have a delivery date, and that date never came. And both times they went to the wrong address. So the delivery drivers get to me frustrated.

Very nice people. The sales representative was very informative, however after multiple attempts we ended up buying it from the Live Oak location due to store constraints. They would only allow a purchase for the whole set but we only had room for the couch. Life goes on and we got it 40 or so miles. The couch is worth the trip, it’s like laying on butter.

We have been shopping at the Badcock location in Green Cove Springs for almost a year now. Emily has been an absolute joy to work with, in fact, if she isn't in we will leave and come back on her next work day in. She goes above and beyond. She has never shown anything but amazing customer service. She is a blessing to this community.

I found both. Topped off by a customer service person named Josh. If you want the best this is the place.
