Edit: Stella was able to fulfil the Order after some negotiation, and were it not for her, I'd really have cancelled this order and not backtracked. Lovely service from Stella! Terrible experience overrall. Had a pickup due on Friday, which got postponed and I was told I'd get a courtesy delivery on Saturday. That got postponed with an alternative suggestion for Monday. I mentioned to Warehouse that I can only do Tuesday, and by Appointment, so we confirmed 3PM on Tuesday. That too I had to call to find out that they aren't ready and my delivery would be delayed again. Only received a call around 4:20PM, after my order cancellation, that the chairs were ready for delivery. Currently awaiting my refund and still given stories.
