The worst staff members this evening,it was close to closing time had asked the staff member what do you with the left over products?one of them told me they throw it away,other said they give it to charity but what charity? Didn't tell me cause she never knew,asked me to speak to a lady she looked a islander background,she also was rude,what's wrong with people today? Had asked to speak a manager got told they arw overseas, clearly lying who doesn't know who there manager supervisors is? I will never purchase another item from this store,your staff need to learn proper English and have customer service skills, they are far from it.

Absolutely shocking customer service! As if the difficulties of the pandemic aren’t enough, now people get singled out because of a mask? Because of a medical condition that is uncontrollable? To the woman who “refused to serve until the mask was on” shame on you! How un-Australian and disgusting. Will definitely be taking this further to see why this “company policy” only applies when you’re serving! Scared? Stay home!

Great customer service. The bread is really fresh. And also they maintain halal way although they have very few items on bacon. I speak with customer service team. Bakers completely making bread separate without any mixed with bacon items. I really recommended this shop to everyone.

Best Baker's Delight store in Sydney. Bread slicer actually gives proper toast size cut... other slicer are more sandwich cut or only slightly bigger. Staff are friendly too

Thank God bakers delight has reopen in merrylands stocklands was open before years ago at the old stocklands bread and products so much fresher than other bakery Thank you bakers delight keep up great work.

Bad hygiene the girls that work there don't wear gloves, they grab it with the paper and their hands end up touching the food. the food authorities will definitely be contacted.
