They said Yes, we could and should order ahead, considering the quantities we wanted. We did, and it was a waste of time. They asked us for a pickup time and we gave it to them, and expected it would be ready-to-go. Nope. And they dithered around incompetently. None of which is what we'd come to expect of Baker's Delight - usually on the ball with great product. They get one more go at this franchise to get it right.

They have a service on Uber eats but when ever I order they cancel it (i'm not far away) . The very first time I Ordered from them I got the wrong order and since that time I have tried 4 more times on different days and each time they cancelled, on one occasion I called up and they were super rude saying that they had closed the shop (at 3pm) so I will not waste a second more with these clowns

The ladies severing really need a lesson in customer service they are very rude un smiling non welcoming and just plain rude they have no skills to be serving customers at all a hi how are you and thanks gooooo along way and these staff have non of the above won't shope here again as it has been the 3rd time I have received such poor customer service

they always open too late, compared with other bakers delight franchises that open before 7. Usually they open around 8.30am on Sundays and staff is not the typical friendly bakers delight with a smile.

Great customer service and delicious bread options available. Well worth to download the rewards app if you're a regular

Food is always stale and tastes like it’s from the previous day.
