"Not sure how to give feedback to the owners but I've been going here for many many years now and seen a lot of (shop front) managers come and go and mostly enjoy kicking back after work with a coffee and a paper but over the past 6 months the pack up times have got earlier and earlier to the point where I'm sitting down at 5:30 to the tune of chairs being stacked and sitting areas blocked off, I understand the place needs to be cleaned for closing but it's not much sitting down for a coffee feeling like you're preventing the cleaner from finishing up, I've stopped having my coffee there now purely for this reason, also the summer flies that seem to live there and the non air-conditioned workspace the nice people who work there have to endure in Summer shows great disrespect for them, it's fine on long enough and a $20 K-Mart fan is not the answer, time to make some improvements here Banjos"
"I work around near this cafe and most of the time, I order some sandwich and coffee from here"
"Normally they make a great coffee with nice service, Today was different! Firstly the girl that took the order didn’t look real happy with having to do alittle work by taking my order and then it came to the young guy attempting to make the coffee"
"The staffs here with a big smile, nice and friendly"
"Lousy service, stood at the counter for about 5 min waiting while two staff served a que of two, the que grew to about 6 all had arrived after me, a third staff member arrived and ignored me and called the next person, so I left what I was going to purchase on the counter and walked away, the cafe across the road served me straight away"

I work around near this cafe and most of the time, I order some sandwich and coffee from here. They have friendly staff but I don’t know what happened to the lady who was making a coffee today. I ordered a cappuccino coffee with no chocolate powder but she used the chocolate powder and when I told her that I have ordered without chocolate powder then she told me that sorry she will make another one but When I got the coffee, it was cold and it did have chocolate powder. She just removed the chocolate powder from top and mixed it and gave it to me and the coffee was spilling from the cup. From her behaviour, it seems like she doesn’t want to serve me and that’s a rude service for me.
Normally they make a great coffee with nice service, Today was different! Firstly the girl that took the order didn’t look real happy with having to do alittle work by taking my order and then it came to the young guy attempting to make the coffee.. ordered 5 coffees which all tasted gross, when asked why the latte was half froth his response was rude and aggressive and said thats how I make it, dont like it dont come back! Didnt get his name but he was short with greesey hair and a filthy uniform with attitude to match!
The staffs here with a big smile, nice and friendly. I got the very good customer service today. A big smile and well presents their greeting, it just made my day. I also like the food provide today. Yummy and very good value for 3 savories rolls only 5.95. Definitly recommand the good food with resonable price and great service. PS: I want to say thank you for the young girl with colorful hair. Your smile just really made my day. Thank you.

Average food . Bakers need to be re-educated or replaced . The food is dry, crumbly, and has no dynamic taste. Chocolate flavoured sweets taste like the bakers bought home brand chocolate from Woolworths and just cooked it up on a stove . Orientation is like childlike, I'd honestly trust my own kids to produce better looking cakes.
The other banjo's stores need to learn from this place. Young girls at the counter are always super happy friendly even when I'm grumpy and tired. The coffee is consistently decent and the potato pie is awesome. Had bad experiences with another banjo's that almost put me off them for good. But this one is always a good experience.
I was charged $11.90 for 2 loaves of hi lo white bread, looks the same and tastes the same as just the standard white bread it's just a whole lot more expensive. Won't be buying from banjos again I don't think
Asked for a toasted sandwich. was told the breakfast menu had finished. Though it was Banjos not Macdonald's. People still do eat a simple toasted sandwich for lunch.Very poor won't be back.
Food quality is good and reliable. What makes the Shoreline Banjos that bit better is the staff and service. This place is busy nearly all athe time, but it service is quick. A great team!
So dissapointed you've switched to using single use throw away cups. Just not the same to drink out of and terrible for our environment. No more coffee for me until you bring mugs back.

Good hot chocolate, nice staffs Everytime I come here to grab some bakery staff always asked if I want to heat up my food and do it for me.
Banjos Shoreline, always smiling professional staff, best coffee, love a curried chicken pie, but all food is a slice of Heaven
Good service from staff. No curry in the scallop pie. ??. Salamanca wharf Banjo pies to die for. These ones were tasteless.
Friendly staff, comfortable seating, good selection of food and drinks, reasonable prices, parking at door, handy location.
Very good place for service, had everything things we needed plus the staff were friendly. The prices were reasonably.
The food and coffees are great and the staff are always friendly and provide great customer service
I picked up some breakfast platters for a work meeting today and they were on-time, fresh and yum!
Great baked products at reasonable prices, and a very COVID aware cafe. Much appreciated.
Staff took the order wrong and refused to replace it. Food is also not as nice as hoped.
I quite often have a coffee here, the staff are very efficient and friendly.
Great place for a quick coffee & peaceful contemplation.
Great tasting food and always consistent quality.
Very nice salad roll. Great service
