Unfortunately booked my bike in for a service for Monday pick up - I turned up at 6.40pm and my bike was not even looked at yet. It was ‘next in Que to be seen’. I received the bike just before 7pm close all ‘finished and cleaned’ meaning they basically spent around 10 minutes looking at my bike and gave it a quick wipe for £60

Super service. Came in at 4pm having had a brake issue as I was packing up my bike to travel the next day. Despite being really busy they managed to squeeze the work in in less than an hour. On top of that my brakes are now better than when the brake was brand new! Will definitely return for any future issues!

I had some disk rub on the rear wheel so took my bike in to ask what the best way forward was. Didn’t have to wait even a minute for my bike to be up on the stand being looked over. Problem solved in under 5 minutes for free. As a first time customer, I really appreciate the quick and hassle free help.

Twice Balfe Bikes has been extremely quick to help me to make sure I can keen cycling - a broken spoke fixed v quickly (and a quick tune up on my brakes without even asking) and fixing a rubbing mudguard (which sounds simple, but it really wasn’t).
