Look no further than Bandiera if you're shopping for the brands they carry! Friendly service; a good range of watches and brands; and convenient location. For context, I am quite early in my own watch collecting journey, and was shopping around this time for my dad's upcoming special birthday. I carefully factored in the availability and price of the specific watch I wanted at the time, while strategically planning to form a relationship with an AD that had the brands and service that I could trust. After browsing their website, I decided to visit the Yorkville location. Giorgio was friendly, answered all of my novice questions, did not pressure me in any way to make a sale, worked with me on a good price, and not only let me - but actually encouraged me - to take a look at a wide range of watches that I consider to be grail-type watches far ahead into the future. I am happy to do business here, and can recommened that others consider this as a great option in downtown Toronto. I have since also visited their Vaughan location and can say that they have great friendly service there too along with a bigger showroom and more brands. Other notes: - they are open by appointment and are practicing health and safety protocols - this Yorkville location has a limited display of watches compared to their total inventory, so if there are specific watches you want to browse, I recommend to set this up a couple days in advance over email or phone, so they can coordinate with their Vaughan location if needed - Tudor, Omega, Seiko and some other brands are displayed exclusively at their Vaughan location due to their limited space in Yorkville, however you can still view those specific pieces by doing what was mentioned above

Came in to size my omega speedmaster. Watch was returned with multiple stripped screws... They gaslight me into believing it was already like that or that my watch was the issue. After a lot of back and forth, they accepted to send it in to their watch maker in woodbridge to figure out a resolution. A week goes by and i get the call to come pick up the watch. They ended up polishing down the screws and said they will graciously not charge me for anything… The right thing to do here was to replace the screws and call it a day. No accountability and poor customer service from Giorgio. I believe all this stems from me looking young and inexperienced. You may experience better customer service if you look older and wealthy

I called and spoke to Victoria she spend a great deal of time with me offering advise and providing me with several options to meet my needs. Victoria was patient, friendly and knowledgeable, she went beyond my expectations in providing excellent customer service. I visited this place while we were downtown. They have a great selection of watches and also very helpful and if you request a watch, they will try to help you find it. They have many brands to choose from so I'm sure you'll be able to find something you love. My first time going there so it was a great experience. I would recommend this place if your looking for a great watch. I was just wondering Yorkville and doing shopping and found this gem of a store.

Bought a Ulysse Nardin from them. talked to both Marco and Gorgio Bandiera and they were very nice, patient and knowledgeable about their collection. i have a relatively small wrist so i had to get a shorter strap. It did not take too long (just five days) and I walked out the store with a UN Marine Torpilleur. They are vey professional and passionate. And they have very broad collection (surprised me when I know they have FPJourne). Perfect place to go :)

I am a picky buyer, I look for the best price and the sales staff treated me very well AND was willing to negotiate. My sales agent Nareg was polite, professional and gave me an amazing price for a Gucci watch. I strongly suggest to go there and at least give them a chance. The service was exceptional! The owner got involved and helped to make the sale move forward in the absence of the Sales Woman. The Sales Woman was very thorough, thoughtful and efficient. Making a large purchase over the internet without seeing a person could have been a very anxious experience. Not in this case, everything went smoothly.
