Bobby really delivered on the engagement ring he made for my fiance. I came to Bobby with photos of the ring design i wanted. He was able to create a even better ring than the sample photos provided. He gave me real honest advice when choosing the center stone, and showed me several stones to choose from based on my budget. He did not force me to spend more than i needed to and was really laid back. I went to him with no knowledge of diamonds and rings in general, but when i left i had all the info i needed and felt confident once i chose the center stone. He even suggested for me to check out local stores and see what they were selling so i felt more confident before choosing the ring. Overall i am very happy i went with bobby l to create the ring, my fiance loves it and the whole experience was positive. Pricing VS local retailers were not even close. You get way more bang for the buck compared to pricing at big name stores. As a guy this is a very stressful thing to do without having your girlfriend there with you. Bobby was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Before coming to him we told him about our budget and what we were looking for in a ring. Once we arrived he educated us on the different types of diamond options available and the different characteristics that affect price and quality of the ring. He then proceed to show us different diamonds all within our budget starting from lower price to the higher end of the budget. He does not use any pressure sales tactics but rather listens to the customers needs and advises accordingly. After choosing the diamond, Bobby was able to have it ready for us in a time sensitive deadline. He was professional and kept us up to date with the progress. Could not be happier with the product and the service my family had received. Bobby’s business thrives off developing a relationship with the people he works with instead of simply selling a product. From the beginning, he was very transparent in his product and the service he provides breaking down the typical characteristics of a diamond as well as factors that aren’t usually mentioned. Prior to going to Bobby, shopping for diamonds was very formal and intimidating, with unnatural lighting to emphasize the look of the diamond. However, with Bobby, his office is purposefully designed with different types of natural lighting in mind so that the customer can see the diamond sparkle in different settings and know exactly what they’re getting. Couldn’t give a better recommendation for a service I received!

With Bobby, you not only get amazing jewellery, but an education in what goes into the jewellery as it is made. He's professional, flexible to accommodate, and gives you an honest opinion. Not knowing much about jewellery before buying my fiance's engagement ring, Bobby took the time to explain what goes into making the ring, differences between jewels, and encouraged me to go with what looked best, not what costed the most, with the proof of his work being the look my fiance's face when got down on one knee and opened the box in proposal. Bobby was amazing to work with! Before looking at any stones he first educates you about diamonds, the different options available (natural vs lab-made), key decision making criteria and general pricing/timing. Bobby then shows you a variety of stones (around your general budget) so you can pick what you like. He allows you to walk around and see the stones in different lighting to better understand how the ring will eventually look in realistic settings. Bobby then sends you a rendering to give you a better idea of what the ring will look. Finally, his quality and finishing is absolutely amazing -- the ring we got is stunning and better than what I imagined!

I’m so happy that I was able to deal with a genuine jeweller like Bobby ! I got my first custom ring done by him , and when I picked it up I was speechless! I’m very picky and the quality of my custom piece mattered the most. Bobby did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier!
