By far the worst service we have ever had a Banfield. Unhelpful and uncaring. Too busy to see an appointment and their ridiculous ten minute rule on appointments is so unaccommodating to clients that they would rather send you to a price gouging emergency room than tend to your cat. Disgusting. Never again.

Banfield is absolutely the worst vet I have ever been to, they always dismiss my dog and whatever his symptoms are which caused him unnecessary discomfort. The staff at banfield does NOT seem to know anything about animals nor even be bothered to care. I will never take any of my pets back there.
