By far the worst service we have ever had a Banfield. Unhelpful and uncaring. Too busy to see an appointment and their ridiculous ten minute rule on appointments is so unaccommodating to clients that they would rather send you to a price gouging emergency room than tend to your cat. Disgusting. Never again.
