I can't tell you how inconvenient this bank has become. I've had my checking account here for over a decade now. All branches used to be open on Saturdays which was great for myself. Now I have to drive across town to deposit my check within a few hours to not even receive my money. Not to mention it takes days for it to become available unless I ask the teller. WHICH I DID!!! Ofcourse the guy didn't, it's now 2 days later and my check is still not available. So now my car payment is late, my credit card payment is late and I have nothing in my bank account till they decide to make it available.... I'm very frustrated that I have to go through so much trouble just to deposit a check. Mobile bank also takes 2 business days for it to get cleared.

Nice tellers/people but they lied to my face stating that they sent my bank card on the 18th when I opened my account when I went in to complain stating that I still don't have my bank card that's when they ordered my card on the 28th! That's why I gave you only a 3 because the people are nice and tried to keep me up-to-date but the fact that they lied to my face is why I'm very upset.!. I've never been treated like this by any bank that I have had in the past. I've never known a back that doesn't give you a temporary card they must be old school.

The staff here is AWESOME!! I feel at home everytime I come in and they make it a point to call me by my name. They go out of their way for the best customer service experience and it’s safe to say that the great people here are the reason I decided to open up an account with this bank. Keep up the great work!!

After 2 years and still no working Debit Card, this bank is a joke! What good is a local number if no one in the branch wants to help with a problem. Now I found out they charged a fee for depositing cash. CASH!!! I had given a positive review several years ago but I am now shopping for another bank.

Very impressed with the level of service. They know you personally and seek to be a partner. Unlike my experience at WF where they looked at each of us as a profit center and sought to extract as much in fees as they could. Recommend the Bank of Albuquerque team to all my family, friends and clients!

Because of the bright sunlight on the driveup screen, I could not see the instructions on the screen. I decided to go through the teller driveup ; it was quick, probably more so than trying to read the regular driveup. Teller was polite and very fast at completing my transaction.

Even though the 2 tellers were very busy in the lobby with one of them covering the drive-thru as well, Brandon very efficiently and calmly completed my rather lengthy transaction without making me feel rushed.

Better customer service would be GREATLY appreciated. We fund you. We should be valued. At other banks, if you are in the door before closing, you are honored as a customer.

Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable staff at the Wyoming and Carmel location. I would recommend this bank to any of my local Albuquerque friends.
