Waited > 30 minutes at the waiting area. Service is not first come first serve. It's who the banker saw first. If the person is standing at the receptionist desk waiting instead of the waiting area, the banker will ignore whoever have been sitting in the waiting area and serve the person who is standing at the receptionist area. Two people came behind me did that got served first like that. When I finally being called by the banker for a notary service after the long wait, due to the fact I have two people with two notary spaces, I was refused by the notary person saying both people have to present. I went research online and it was legal to do so as well as my attorney has assured of the validity. Instead, the notary who took the notary test and still went to the bank manager (who doesn't have a notary certificate) for the validity of the document. Refused to notarize because two people not present. She doesn't read English!? It's two spaces for notarization. The other people doesn't have to appear. Total waste of my time. Don't know how she got hired at this place. She was shaking her legs when she was serving. It's not how you present a business neither. Not professional at all.
HORRIBLE. Its Friday and only one teller is working and the AC is NOT. I feel bad for the employees for having to work in an airless bank but BoA PURPOSELY understaffs this location because its in the Bronx and no one cares about the Bronx, right? One teller on a Friday. 25 people in line and waiting for customer service. HORRIBLE. I’ll go to the check cashing place across the street next time. Reply to BoA reply: I don't have an account with y'all and for good reason because your service in NYC has ALWAYS been this bad even from back when I was a customer years ago. I was there to cash a check drawn on your bank and when I saw that it was drawn on your bank I instinctively knew that I would be in for a bad experience and I WAS. We would save time by y'all hiring enough staff and paying them appropriately so people would WANT to work for y'all.

Personally, I will withdraw all my money and find another bank that controls people.
Untrained cashiers. Nasty platform officers. Uncooperative and arrogant branch manager. Unhelpful, misinformed, unprofessional, no courtesy whatsoever and the worst customer service ever. Avoid this branch to avoid problems and headaches. If you want aggravation and poor service then this is the branch for you... [Sarcasm] the only reason to use this branch is they are open till 5pm if they don't close the door at 4:45 again.

This branch is horrible!! I'm sorry but I'm multilingual and my English is perfect. If I wanted to go to a bank and hear spanish, id go to a spanish speaking country. Please hire people that speak impecable english with out an accent. Perfably college educated. Ill just keep doing my banking in the city. At least the city has better coustmer service and more class.
this is far the worst bank in America, the website say we are open I went there yesterday 1/11/2022 to make a deposit guess what there was no tellers working waste of time, I am thinking to closed my account and move on. There is always a line with only on teller so to make a simple deposit it can take a hour. A simple bank like TD you are in and out.
The teller lines do get long at times and entrance door to the bank atm area does not work at times with the cards and the smart phone actually I think that door needs to be replaced because it did happen to me numerous time when I attempt to withdraw money which Ending up being big inconvenience .
If you want to lose your time and have a terrible experience, then this is the place for you. Terrible costumer service, 99% of the time the cashiers stations are close, people lack professionalism in this place, there’s no respect for the people who are shilling to receive a service here.
The worse location 50 million people inside and only one bank teller. General manager learn your business, time management, solution finding, business analysis, just a few opportunities your missing. Line inside and outside which to add to the list of frustration doesn’t make it safe.
15 ppl online, 3 tellers but only one working. When I go to the next closest branch on Allerton Ave. same insane long lines and at best 2 tellers working. Now when I have visited the Pelham manor branch, no lines....can anyone guess why? This can be tested any day of the week.
The customer service here is always terrible. I understand that there are issues that need to be handled by employees but three tellers don't need to be hovered around one computer while the line is out the door.
What’s the point of an appointment to make me wait 2hrs+ very unprofessional costumer services I waited for the bankers n teller that work in this location should be fired they clearly don’t seem to care at all
The least organized branch of all. They don’t follow the sign in chart. They allowed two customers to skip me and when I addressed them they told me that there was an appointment ahead of me with no apology.
The bad service and bad bank in USA . If I like to make deposit some time I have to tack 30 to 1 hour and in the other bank only 5 min. I hate this bank .even 1 stare I can’t give them.

Ineficiencia laboral, falta de comunicación con el cliente, planificas citas con ellos y te confirman tu cita y al llegar no tienen personal para atenderte.
