I went into Bank of America to make a withdrawal for something very important that day and I forgot my card my ID was expired now I spoke to the manager JESSICA .she told me I cannot get my money without proper identification I got frustrated a little bit and I said to her there's gotta be another way for verification she told me no I cant get my money now at this time im explaining to her the importance of this withdrawal she didn't care the manager asked me to leave without money cuz i raised my voice at her lmao now I went all the way home for my card and swipe and ID wasn't required but then another teller asked me for my ID as well and I told her I don't have it she asked me if I had my credit card on me which I had the whole time I told her yes she told me to swipe my credit card I swipe my credit card I withdraw my money , oh yeah plus what every one say only one teller and slow there's no run to the bank real quick at this location previously I've been there before and watched her send one of her employees to lunch while I sit there and wait to speak to someone after she told me it would only be 20 minutes she's a liar and I don't trust her with my money she's spiteful and inconsiderate of people's time there was other means of verification and she denied me my money which is why I took every penny out of that account and will close it thank you JESSICA MRS I OWN BANK OF AMERICA AND IT'S YOUR MONEY AND I'M BORROWING IT FROM YOU

Great professional workers, clean facility, but there is no respect for time in this location. 10-12 customer will be waiting in line to be helped & there will be only one teller while 2-3 customer service reps walking around the lobby asking customers, what brings them here? Can they be of any assistance? “see anything wrong in this picture?” Hospitality is well appreciated but what would be more appropriate and appreciated is if they can move the customers line a little faster by having a second teller stand by. I also felt, there were only minoroties standing in line so I guess, I shuck my head and felt hurt. Here I am just sharing this with you all. Hoping There has to be someone who’s taking these reviews seriously. This isn’t the first time. I’m typing this after I posted my review. Though I had to hit the edit button because a review ratings of “2.4” & there are more ones then any other review markings. And no action has been taken. Shame on you BANK OF AMERICA for making ME, who loves Bank of America feel degraded. Thank you Customer

Totally unhelpful. I called over the phone asked a simple question regarding replacement of my card. They put me on hold. Someone else picks up and is totally surprised that someone is on the line. I repeat inquiry and I'm put on hold again. The original person comes back eventually and says I would have to come in to get a temporary replacement card. I arrive and a woman behind the counter tells me something about "The person with access to the blank temporary cards is gone for the day" I tell her that I live 6 minutes away and I was just now told to come in and pick a replacement. I was then told that I "must've misunderstood." I ask her if it was her I spoke to over the phone. She says no. So I ask... Then how can you determine if I misunderstood when you don't know what I was told? She said that there was nothing she could do. I left and went to the Allerton Avenue location and had a temporary card in my hand and an official replacement in the mail in under minutes and they were busy.

I wish I would've read the reviews before making the appointment here. I Was there at 9:50am for a 10am appointment I wasn't acknowledged until 10:20 am and I was the first person online. While the line grew longer and longer. Not one person said "I will be right with you or anything" people just kept walking by ignoring everyone. Unacceptable, Horrible service!!! Will not return to this branch. Thank God my main bank is USAA. After all. When I was taken care of. It was very pleasant. However the most important thing should be the first impression. The greeting, the acknowledgement etc. They lack customer service in the front... must do better.

This branch is terrible. They are lazy and have contempt for the clients. They are only focused on selling more checking accounts to meet there quotas. If you need service they chase you away. If you need mortages, business services or investments call or go online. You get better rates this branch suffers. Eventually they will need to fire all the staff and start fresh and maybe service will improve. I went there needing help and they told me they don't do that anymore... do what... service bank accounts. Think about it... they don't service account.... insane. Problems like that must originate from the manager.

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and I’ve witnessed 1 thing consistently and that is the level of customer service going downwards. This is the worse bank to do business with. -Always more then 7-8 people line and only 1 Teller. -Manager and customer relation are at the worse level of customer service. -Facility is always a mess. -No respect for time. Maybe one of these day Bank Of American corporate will take these reviews seriously and show importance to their clients & correct these flaws. Platinum awards client

They say they cash your check and give you worthless securities of the United States as defined at 26USC165(g). And they expect you to sign the check without reserving your rights so they discharge you according to 48Stat112. Just saying the truth. Then i was told by the FEDs that is called illegal conversion and money laundering, however banks got a State banking license to do it, then it's legal even though the constitution states coin money. Yeah, wow.

Horrible experience here. Waiting on line for a teller for fifteen minutes. Only two tellers were available. The one young lady teller made two mistakes with two different customers ahead of me. I prayed I didn't have to be assisted by her. I finally get called and my teller did not have one hundred dollars bills. The managers or greeter at the front desk never acknowledge any of the customers waiting. Never coming back to this branch again.

Do yourself a favor and go to chase. Whats the sense in making an appointment, if they serve you 1 hour late. They are very incompetent at this Bank of America. They run my credit without my knowledge. The people on their phone is just as bad. I took my account from their and brought it to chase where the workers understand my instructions clearly. I only.give one star, since I can't give zero star.

Disappointed . Their machines dont take cash deposits. When i went inside and asked to deposit money into my business account ms Rosario declined my request even though i had work id with me, and DL on my phone. Did not want to listen anything and said she cant accept it. I want and i will move my investments out of Bank of America into more better financial institute.

I had an horrible experience with a teller name Sonia if that her name I asked her if she can change my singles that she wont because I need to have an account..after I told her I had a account then goes and demands me to count my cash even thou she still use the machine to count my money she was rude and very unprofessional...why do bank if America hire people this

I went there to close my account. When I reached one of the two tellers, a woman who was before me came back and asked the teller to recount the money she withdrew. Sure enough it was short. Then the teller just take cash from the drawer and gave her missing amount. - I am so glad I closed my account. Count your money if you do business with them.

This is one of my go to banks. I like it's location and I am always dropped in when in the Bay Plaza area to deposit or withdraw. I am of course love the ATM, and it's check reader for easy deposits. I don't think I really have any pros or cons to this branch, it's pretty nice and staff if well manner. Eat.Shop.Play. Live Life Unscripted...

This location is always short staffed. The lines are longlong, the wait times are long and there is always just 1 bank teller. It's bad enough that it is like this no matter when you walk into this branch, but during tax season when people are withdrawing money there should be common sense that says there needs to be more than one teller.

Worst, and most useless workers and tellers I have ever encountered. No help whatsoever for simple transactions. Worse yet, the person at the front has no idea what is going on at all. All they do is walk around looking busy while not actually doing anything. Save yourself the headache and go to another branch. Wasted too much time here

Always a long wait. Never enough tellers. Feel bad for them because they try but for some reason corporate does not want to fully staff this location and think it is ok for people to wait 20 to 30 min for a machine, 45 on the teller line and about an hour to speak with someone.

I am actually on line waiting. Its about 12 people in line and this is a better day than other days. There is only one teller working. This is sad and need to change. We need to speak up about this and let our voice be hear. This is crazy. I always come here, only one cashier.

Why is this branch still open?!? The workers there are so lazy! The line will literally be out the door and they will be having a personal conversation while people are waiting. Very unprofessional. I go to the one on Pelham, in and out like it should be.

The worst Bank of America. The tellers have horrible customer service. The line will wrap around the entire bank and they’ll only have 1 teller. The bankers will watch the line increase and won’t add another teller at the window. Horrible

Horribly long wait time coupled with slow service. Only 1 teller is available almost everyday irrespective of the fact that it’s a weekday. How is that even possible for a bank. Be prepared to spend an hour or more!!!!!
