This is the worst banking institution. I would advise no one to bank with them and if you are banking with them you should take your money and run these people have been giving me the run-around for 2 months 2 months and then turn around and tell me if you're being bullied by the merchant then drop your claim so they can give you the money back so not only did you waste my time you wasted my anger when they could have offered this when all this first started all this could have been over and done with but they wait 2 months to then tell me to drop the claim so I can have to wait another 3 weeks for the merchant to give me the money back if they're rude and disrespectful and they lie and they don't check on nothing they don't their investigation is a joke

I would not give 1 star but I had to give at least one.... Wait times are ridiculous.... Customer service does not matter..... ATM outside the door does not work.... the drive up ATM has trash through the lanes everyday..... most staff are unprofessional and does not move with a sense of urgency even if there's a full lobby..... I have not returned in over two years because of the service... I stopped today because they are 4 minutes away from my job, but enough is enough ....... I will not return..... Very disappointing....

I put an star just cause it cant put any less Their customer service is done through a machine Any service They close at 4 ... when everyone leaves the work at 5 Their atm drive thru works until 5 doesn't matter if there are 10 cars in line and the Dumbar guys work in it 30 minutes before 5 pm ... any worst.... don't think so

Absolutely the worst branch in Jacksonville Florida I have been waiting over thirty min. Problem is I just cashed a check at another branch yesterday for twice as much no problems...stay away from this branch ... Horrible service

The wait times are ridiculous they leave one teller alone with 30 people in line. I have complained to management but they either don’t care or have resources. Either way it’s a joke

Most times everything goes great. They need to keep two people on the windows when they know its going to be a very bizzy lunch hour period. Like the first of the month.

To many people come in and don't know how to fill out deposit slips and don't have I.D. and you have to wait behind them makings life unbearable.

Horrible customer service, lady walked away from the booth to go talk to her boyfriend or husband. Just rude af.
