So the banker, William walked up to three customers myself included in the waiting area and ask whom was waiting first I pointed to an individual (black man) then myself ( black women) then a white couple whom seated next me stated to be 2 hours early for an appointment.. He directed the couple to take a seat at his desk and completely bypass my question as to why are we not going in order being the couple were 2 hours early for their appointment. William, responded by covering his behavior/preference by saying the couple had an earlier appointment than the one they stated sitting directly next to me and clearly heard them say they were 2 hours early. Then proceeded to mention a banker will assist me. Mind you myself and the other customer was waiting patiently before the couple arrived. His unprofessionalism dismissive demeanor and racial preference was a noticeable representation of the culture and speak volumes of the representative of this branch. Never had that experience in the many years of banking with Banking with Bank of America. Manager and teller was very pleasant. Personally I don’t need an autopilot apology just make it rights others to have a better experience.
If you want a bank with 1 teller and 15 people waiting in line, then this is the bank for you. I ONCE had one of the financial planners get behind the teller window to help, which was great. However, now that I know they can help with teller duties, nothing is more aggravating than waiting in a long line for 1 teller. One time they were even talking to us in line. Stop making small talk with us and help your poor teller. Maybe being a teller is beneath some of them. At my business, if I have to do things "below my paygrade" because everyone is busy, or we are slammed, then I do them. It's called customer satisfaction. I am in the process or researching all of my personal and business needs at a different bank because of this.

I agree with most of reviews. Most of time one teller will long line of customer waiting. So if you need to do deposit try to find another Branch, but the rest of the service not bad.
7 people in line and 1 teller. 2 employees talking in their office and finally shut the door so we didn't have to hear their conversation. Awful customer service.
Hey, BOA, answer your phones. If you don't have enough people to answer them, then maybe someone should think outside the box, and hire more people!
I've been waiting with my two baby daughters for half an hour, they didn't answer me and a woman passed in front of me. I'm leaving unattended.

This branch is awful, always someone "out sick" and you have to wait in lines 5 people deep that take forever.
